It’s been just over four months since STK Orlando opened its doors in Disney Springs.
We visited STK for dinner on opening night in late May. It gave us the chance to try a few signature dishes that STK restaurants around the country are known for along with offerings unique to STK Orlando. (For those unfamiliar with STK, this high-end steakhouse has locations in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, London, and San Diego, among others.)
In its earliest days, the restaurant opened for dinner only at 5:00 pm daily. However, lunch service kicked off about a week after opening, and we thought we’d take a little time today to show you what’s on the menu for lunch at STK, in case you’re interested in trying out this signature restaurant with a more casual, daytime vibe.
If you read our first review of STK, then much about the first page of the Lunch menu will look familiar to you.
It features several dishes that are also featured on the evening menu like the Florida Grouper (unique to the Orlando location).
You’ll also see a la carte side items such as the Parmesan Truffle Fries, Mac & Cheese, and Sweet Corn Pudding (try it; you won’t regret it).
The Seared Tuna is also on the menu, though the lower price point from dinner indicates it is likely a smaller portion more fitting for lunch.
The second page of the lunch menu offers the restaurant’s signature Lil’ BRGs along with other favorites from dinner like the Crispy Rock Shrimp.
But this is also where you’ll find the biggest difference between the meal offerings.
It’s the Burgers and Sandwiches section that makes lunch at STK its own unique thing. Though the splurge among this section is the STK Wagyu Burger at $28, the three other sandwiches — the Grilled Chicken Club, Crispy Mahi Mahi Sandwich, and the Classic Burger — range from $15 to $18.
Each are served with your choice of fries or a small salad, and offer guests a chance to try what STK has to offer at a lower price point than dinner at the location… though no one’s stopping you if you’d like to try that Porterhouse for Two at lunch, either 😉 .
Lunch is typically served at STK Orlando from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm daily (dinner service begins at 5:00 pm). While the emphasis is on a lively music-filled vibe in the evenings, we imagine that daytime brings a more relaxed setting to the environment.
Now that the best weather of the year is within reach in Central Florida, this may be a good time to line up a rooftop table (you can contact the restaurant directly at 407-917-7440) at STK Orlando and give it a try for yourself.

I go yo Disney a few times a year but haven’t been able to try all the new things yet . The atmosphere looks amazing and relaxing! A nice way to end a busy park day.
