DFB Editorial Staff
AJ Wolfe
AJ is the owner and Executive Editor of the Disney Food Blog. AJ has been a Disney parks fan since her first trip to Disney World as a wee one. Now she can’t ever decide between Disneyland and Disney World, and luckily lives in Texas, equidistant between her two favorite places. Her focus on Disney food started during a trip while in graduate school, when she was more excited about choosing restaurants than choosing rides. Today, she owns, writes, and edits the Disney Food Blog. You can contact AJ here about contributing or advertising with the blog.
Sierra Vieregge
Sierra is a Content Manager and Executive Editor of the Disney Food Blog. Sierra fell in love with Disney on her first trip to Disneyland when she was itty bitty. But that love only grew after doing the Disney College Program and working as a full-time entertainment Cast Member. Sierra has a BA in English with a concentration in creative writing and an MFA in screenwriting. She loves that she gets to combine her passions for writing and Disney in one place here at DFB!
Emily Burrus
Emily Burrus is a Senior Editor at the Disney Food Blog. With parents who grew up going to Disneyland, she was destined to have a love for Disney and take annual trips with her family. She loves the classics and if you’re looking for her, you’ll find her riding Carousel of Progress over and over again. Emily has a BFA in Musical Theater and loves using that and her planning skills to bring fun content to readers!
Kelly Oliveros
Kelly Oliveros is a Junior Editor and Writer at Disney Food Blog. Her family took her and her brother to the Most Magical Place on Earth multiple times a year and so her love of Disney began. Disney World is now “home” to many special memories for her – New Year’s Eve celebrations in the parks and resorts, Christmas lunch at Raglan Road, her engagement in front of Cinderella Castle, and more. Nowadays, you’ll find her writing for DFB and daydreaming about eating a million Mickey-shaped Krispie treats. Kelly has BAs in Political Science and Psychology and a Law Degree.
Samantha Kendall
Sam is a Junior Editor and Writer for the Disney Food Blog. Growing up in the Tampa Bay Area, she was fortunate enough to visit Disney World frequently as a kid and that’s where her love for the Mouse began. Now, she still spends most of her spare time in the parks and can usually be found on Living with the Land or looking for the nearest corn dog. Sam has a BA in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations.
Kim LaPaglia
Kimberly LaPaglia is the Disney Food Blog Editor, a position that encompasses just about everything under the sun. She is an inaugural WDW Moms Panelist (now planDisney) and served as the Disney Cruise Line specialist during her second term on the panel. As a life-long Disney fan, Kim has ventured to WDW as a honeymooner, mom, and “tour guide” to extended family. Her favorite memory is riding in Cinderella’s Coach while celebrating her 10th wedding anniversary. She especially loves the Disney hotels and has stayed at nearly every resort on WDW property. Kim has a BA in Legal Studies and Journalism.
Heather Sievers
Heather Sievers of @diningindisney focuses on all things edible in Disneyland Resort. She’s a lover of all things Disney (especially vintage), a former elementary school teacher, a mom of two boys, and an all-around professional fun-haver. She and her husband have had Disneyland annual passes since they were teens and their 2 boys have been going to Disneyland since birth, making them seasoned pros, too! One of their favorite things to do is head to Disneyland for dinner — yep, just dinner. Well, and maybe one ride plus a Mickey Bar. YUM!
