If you’ve been keeping up with the DFB, or if you’ve been anywhere near Disney World recently, then you are well aware that Rose Gold is taking over the entire place. Like most things around here, “it was all started by a mouse.” Minnie Mouse, in this case!
Always one to be on top of the trends, her Rose Gold Minnie Ears have been the hottest item that can’t even be found in the merchandise shops anymore due to their immense popularity!
And now, treats galore in the Instagram-worthy hue are likewise springing up all over! Let’s take a ‘round the World tour so you can find your own Rose Gold Cupcake… or Rose Gold Margarita (?!?) in Disney World. Yep, read on…
Rose Gold Cupcakes in the Parks
DFB itself broke the news on the nutella-with-vanilla Rose Gold Ears Cupcake at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot, and you can check out our review here!
And just a few days ago, we found this Rose Gold Ears Red Velvet Marbled gem at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom. (Granted not QUITE as aesthetically pleasing, but…)
You can also find a Rose Gold Cupcake with its own twist at Hollywood Studios. The Trolley Car Cafe is carrying a Strawberry Rose Gold Cupcake with strawberry icing and crispy pearls.
Rose Gold Goodies at the Resorts
All along the Monorail Loop, you’ll locate even more Rose Gold treats. And get this: Gasparilla Island Grill at the Grand Floridian is working in ALL THE TRENDS with a Rose Gold Unicorn Cupcake with rose gold sponge cake and hazelnut cream cheese filling! (There’s way too much going on here, right? Yeah. Way too much.)
Rose Gold AND Unicorns?! This really is a magical place! Thank you, @lookingformickey for the Instagram tag!
Contempo Cafe in the Contemporary Resort is where you’ll find a Rose Gold Vanilla Cupcake with strawberry filling, vanilla buttercream, strawberry crispy pearls, and a dark chocolate rose gold Minnie hat.
It’s a two-fer at the Polynesian, where you’ll find a tropical Rose Gold Vanilla Cupcake with guava pastry cream at Captain Cook’s and Kona Cafe. And outside at the Barefoot Pool Bar, a Rose Gold Margarita with lime and a gold sugar rim should arrive later this week.
Several Resort spots are featuring the Rose Gold Chocolate Cupcake with strawberry buttercream filling and topping, chocolate ears and chocolate crispy pearls at food courts.
These are All Star Music’s Intermission Food Court, Old Key West’s Good’s Food to Go, and The Artist’s Palette at Saratoga Springs.
Surrounding Disney’s BoardWalk, head to the Boardwalk Bakery for a Rose Gold Yellow Cupcake with rose mousse and topped with whipped cream frosting, rose gold Minnie ears and rose gold crispy pearls. And we have a photo of this little beauty, thanks to @sarahbarnard8!
And the nearby Yacht & Beach Club Resorts Counter Service locations (Beach Club Marketplace and The Market at Ale & Compass) you’ll find the Strawberry-Chocolate Mousse Cupcake topped with a strawberry mousse dome with strawberry buttercream icing.
Many thanks to @miss_morganamber for the tag!

Always on the lookout for a new, yummy margarita. Is the Barefoot Pool Bar the one that you can only access if you’re a guest at the Poly though?
Veronica says
Hi! Your description of the Rose Gold Cupcake at Sunshine Seasons says Nutella with vanilla but when I click the link the actual page says nothing about Nutella.
Essie says
Oh, wow, they look great, but if I had to choose one, I’d head to the Contemporary!
DFB Sarah says
Laura, the fence around the pool ends at the Barefoot Pool Bar — and the bar has seating available outside of the fenced area!
Tiffany says
Can I have this list in a checklist form?!?!
DFB Sarah says
Tiffany, we didn’t create a list for this one!
