Ooh we’re planning on going to the Christmas party but not 100% yet. How quickly do they sell out? Should I jump on them now?
Veronica Shine says
I reside in Europe and for the past 2 holiday seasons we have purchased our MVMCP tickets directly on the My Disney Experience website. We are booked to visit WDW again this November. Do you know if tickets will be available on-line? It is very expensive to call. It was so easy to purchase on-line, as we just would book the dates, pay and print out the tickets.

Do you know when tickets for the Halloween party for Disneyland will go sale? Missed out last year and I do not want to miss out this year
Leo Balas says
Do you need to purchase a ticket for the not so scary Halloween party to be in the park that day. Or does the extra ticket just get you a bag for candy and the right to go on the rides. Last year we bought tickets to the Christmas party and there were so many people in the park without bands and I feel that I paid a lot of money for the same experience that the non-band holders enjoyed. To old to go on the rides and paid a lot more than most to watch the parade and fireworks. We were told at the resort that you needed a extra ticket to get into the park, but a lot of people did not have wrist bands. Could you clarify this for me.
DFB Sarah says
Schyler, we have not yet heard when the Disneyland Halloween party tickets will be going on sale, but we’ll post about it as soon as we do!
DFB Sarah says
Veronica, at present it appears that tickets are not available online, and unfortunately we haven’t heard a confirmation about whether they will be or not.
DFB Sarah says
Kendall, it’s a good idea to get your Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets as soon as you are able to — particularly if you want to attend a party close to the holiday itself. Have fun!
DFB Sarah says
Leo, the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party ticket allows entry to Magic Kingdom beginning at 4PM (although the party doesn’t officially start until 7PM — so guests who are not attending the part can only remain in the park until 7PM on party nights). Starting at 7PM, cast members are on hand to check wristbands throughout the park, including when guests get on rides. A ticket to the party gives you access to rides and attractions, character meet and greets, entertainment, and the candy stops (you will receive a bag for collecting candy, and the candy spots are dispersed throughout the park). Hope this helps!

I called the number you listed to purchase tickets for the MVMCP and it was “not a working number.”
Oops.
ned says
The correct number for tickets is (407) 939-1872. Just in case anyone is interested: after all the taxes and fees are added the price for an Adult ticket to the MVMCP is $116.09 (advance sale).
DFB Sarah says
Ned, thanks for the heads up. Corrected in the post!

Hi Sarah,
I wrote to WDW guest services and their reply is the following:
“We are ecstatic to hear that you are coming to visit us and want to attend Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
At this time, the dates and times for the event of your inquiry have yet to be established. Please check back closer to your arrival for updated information. We expect the tickets should be available online within the coming weeks, at this time they are only available over the phone. General information about special events that are currently available at the Walt Disney World® Resort may be obtained from our website: Special Events. When they become available, it will be updated on that page.
We look forward to this opportunity to entertain and celebrate the Holiday season with you! ”
So happily it may just be a matter of a few weeks for us overseas visitors to book the party of the year!
DFB Sarah says
Veronica, that’s good to hear! Thanks for sharing.
Allison says
Just got my tickets purchased for MNSSHP! This is my first time going and I am so excited! Thank you AJ for posting that they were on sale. I would have never known if it wasn’t for your post!
PAULA says
I just went to the Disney site and do not see the xmas party tickets on sale….?
Veronica Shine says
Hi Paula
As they wrote back to me when I inquired last week: ” We expect the tickets should be available online within the coming weeks, at this time they are only available over the phone. ”
I am waiting for it to open up. I assume around mid-April.
KATHLEEN B. says
Yes, we are definetely gonna go to Halloween party, with our granddaughter (here 1st time at disney). Can’t wait.
PAUL says
We are coming to Orlando this November. Last november the lowest price was £55 when the pound was buying $1.27. This year Disney have raised prices by 50% markup on last year to £77 at a better rate for £ at $1.38 for the pound. We will Boycott Disney as they are raising prices too much and charging to Park per night at a Disney resort.
PAUL says
This is for the Mickeys very merry Christmas Party. which should be called the very expensive Mickeys Christmas party.
Darren Littler says
We are coming to Orlando from the uk in September and have booked and received out mnsshp tickets. Can’t wait!!!
