at Walt Disney World’s BoardWalk Inn and Villas has a massive following, owing to some pretty spectacular ice cream and its convenient location (Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Epcot’s International Gateway, and the Swan and Dolphin hotels are all within walking distance!).
We’ve been enamored since our first visit just over two years ago, and we’re not too proud to admit that we still daydream about this sweet frozen treat on a pretty regular basis. :p
One of our favorite Ample Hills offerings is this gotta-have-it Ice Cream Flight, which lets you choose six scoops to sample!
We recommend sharing this with at least one other person. But only because it melts super fast. Otherwise, we have no issue with anyone eating all that delicious ice cream by himself.
And now Ample Hills is keepin’ it fresh with three new, intriguing flavors! First up: Shirley Temple! This vegan sorbet mingles the flavors of cherry, lime, lemon, and ginger!
Red Velvet Ooey Gooey Butter Cake is a twist on an Ample Hills fan favorite: the original, delicious Ooey Gooey Butter Cake! Prepare yourself for red velvet bits mixed into this one!
Finally, Chocolate Fudge Brownie speaks to the chocoholic in all of us with milk chocolate ice cream and pieces of brownie!
Yup, these are on our to-get-as-soon-as-humanly-possible list. 😉

I am so happy to see a sorbet that is not just one flavor! Play around! Get creative!
I cannot have ice cream so a new take on sorbet is a real treat for me.

Yay!!! Do you know if the lemon sorbet is also still there? That was also super good!
DFB Sarah says
Samantha, the lemon sorbet was not available on our visit — just the Shirley Temple.

We love Boardwalk, however the ice cream place has the worst ice cream I have ever had! Waffle cones are awful too!
