After trying the savory treat at the Cozy Cone Motel in California Adventure, Luigi’s Chicken Pesto Cone (read our review here), we dived into some of the sweet treats here as well. This season the Cars at Cozy Cone have whipped up a Santa Hat Macaron and two special Churros — Gingersnap and Pumpkin Spice.
Cozy Cone Motel Ready for the Holidays
At the Churro Cone we selected the Gingersnap Churro. (We tried the Pumpkin Spice Churro at Halloween Time and loved that one!) The Gingersnap Churro comes with a cream cheese dipping sauce.

You can see the flavor coating on these. The Gingersnap flavor really comes out in these and works well in a Churro.

The cream cheese dipping sauce is truly delicious — I only wish I’d had more!
Fans of all things ginger (cookies, bread, snaps) will love this churro. If you aren’t a gingerbread fan you’ll want to go with one of the many other churro flavors available around Disneyland and California Adventure.

Our other sweet treat at the Cozy Cone is the Santa Hat Macaron. It’s basically the halloween cone macaron re-purposed to look like Santa’s hat! This is definitely Instagram ready.

We enjoyed this macaron and the cookies and cream filling works really well with the macaron cookies.
This is a good macaron to select if you’re looking for an alternative to the peppermint flavor in the Jolly Holiday Santa Hat Macaron. Plus, it’s just as Instagram-able! Snap that picture quickly though, these are fragile macarons!
