So many yummy treats and foods. The sandwiches from EOS always look good as does the Mickey Santa crispy treat. But, I have to know about poutine; what are cheese curds and how do they taste….texture and flavoring? TY
DFB Sarah says
Essie, usually cheese curds have a mild, almost mozzarella-like taste. In my experience, cheese curds are a little rubbery, like they want to squeak a little when you bite into them. 🙂

Hello. I recently ordered the guide and thought it was the 2018 one but it was the 2017. Is there a way to get the new one? Thanks,
Erin Boylen
We LOVE your videos!
Lisa says
Wait, what is in the clear plastic bag from Earl of Sandwich? Looks like some kind of a crushed peppermint cookie.
DFB Sarah says
Lisa, it’s a Peppermint Brownie — see our review here!

Erin, thanks for purchasing the DFB Guide to the Holidays! When folks order before the current one is released, we automatically send the previous year’s copy so you can start browsing, then we automatically send out the updated one when it is complete. This year, the 2018 book was automatically sent out when the book was released — October 30. Check your email for the link (maybe in a spam folder?), and if you still don’t see it, send us an email at [email protected]. I hope this helps — and happy reading! 🙂

Is there a printable list for Disney Springs like the other parks? Thank you.
KK says
Went to Amorette’s they don’t do milkshakes. So where is the peppermint chocolate milkshake
DFB Sarah says
KK, the post you commented on was from 2018, but for 2019, there’s a Peppermint Cookies ‘n’ Cream Shake at D-Luxe Burger.
