A few weeks ago we shared some cool info for our U.K. readers: Primark’s newest location in Birmingham was set to get a Primark Cafe with Disney!
And now we’ve got a FIRST LOOK at the cafe!

thanks to DFB follower Andy Goulding (you can find him on Twitter @AndyGoulding!) and DFB pal Adam Hattan (find him on Instagram and YouTube!) for sharing these pics! The Primark Cafe with Disney promos let potential guests know they can get their waffle fix — but are they Mickey? Keep reading to find out!
The entrance to the cafe is super fun — a duo of Mickey-shaped arched entrances. One big, one small: both totally awesome.
Inside, the decor features Mickey’s iconic red and yellow (plus, of course, lots of black). Neon draws diners to the quick service counter where some treats are display, and a menu board lists lots of tasty-sounding treats!
More neon is elsewhere in the cafe, which is adjacent to a small shopping area (you can see it to the right here). Everywhere are reminders that this is a Disney cafe!
The kids’ menu includes a Fish Finger Wrap and Whole Wheat Pasta Twists — plus, under Desserts: Mickey Shaped Pancakes or Waffles with Fresh Fruit!
What do you think? Mickey looks pretty happy about his Primark/Disney mash-up, don’t you think? 😉
Adam brings us a shot of the Mickey Waffles. They’re not quite as brown as the promo shot, but they look light and airy!
The Primark Cafe with Disney offers some healthy options, like Fresh Fruit Skewers, too!
Thanks to Adam for giving us this peek at the Fresh Fruit Skewers as well, with honeydew melon, strawberries, and pineapple!
And who could possibly resist this mug of Mickey-printed Capuccino?
Adjacent to the Cafe is some convenient shopping! Plushies, costumes, and apparel are on display in this area.
And there’s stuff for grown ups, too!
So fun! This Primark is the company’s largest, so the Primark Cafe with Disney’s snacks will fuel loads of shopping! (We’d start with that “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible” shirt, but that’s just us. 😉

Jemma says
The wait to get inside the cafe was 30mins, not too bad, but once inside you had to queue again for food, another 30mins, whilst in the queue the chef behind the scenes who could be seen through the hatch, kept messing with her phone, scratching her head rubbing her hands all over her face and then using her bare hands to pick up potato wedges and put into containers. Once sat down again I was brought over a cold hot chocolate, waffles that were burnt to a cinder, crispy not soft, and my daughter was told there were no pancakes left!! All in all a terrible experience.
