Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries

Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom is one of our favorite places to grab a quick, classic meal — as well as some fun topped french fries (the mac and cheese ones are our favorites!).

But today we noticed that the Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries — back again as part of Casey’s limited time only menu — have received a flaming makeover!

The last time we saw these was back in February as part of the hot diggity promo. And while the already delicious Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries are topped with celery, buffalo chicken, and a garlic-ranch drizzle, the snack now packs an extra punch with fiery cheese dust ready to make your eyes water.

In addition to heat, the flaming cheese dust (which looks a lot like Hot Cheetos…) adds a bit more crunch and flavor. The celery, though, adds the biggest crunch — and a bit of coolness — to these fries. The garlic-ranch dressing and sizable chunks of Buffalo chicken are delicious and add plenty of flavor as well.

We don’t know how long they’ll stick around (usually around a month — we think they’re back for the 4th of July festivities along with a few other spicy, limited time options), but you can purchase the Buffalo Chicken Loaded Fries for $6.49 or the use of a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan. Want to raise the temperature EVEN MORE? You can sprinkle jalapeños from the toppings bar on this snack for some extra heat.

Oh and FYI — while you’re at Casey’s Corner, you can also grab a smaller version of the Buffalo Chicken Hot Diggity Dog while this limited time menu is available.
