Bright Suns everyone! As the crowds remain shockingly low at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland, it seems as if a few cuts or changes are on their way.
The first to go, the Bright Suns Morning breakfast plate…
According to Disneyland’s Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo menu, the Bright Suns Morning breakfast plate is no longer available Monday – Thursday. The menu notes that guests should visit the location for additional breakfast offerings Friday through Sunday, so it may pop up again over the weekend!
The dish features eggs (or…egg ball…as the case may be), sausage, purple potato hash, and a mini Mustafarian Lava Roll.
But the adult portion of the offering wasn’t the only thing to be cut from the weekday menu as the Bright Suns Youngling Breakfast is missing too! The youngling breakfast is a smaller portion of the dish, minus the sausage.
We’re pretty bummed about this change because this was one of the best and heartiest offerings when it came to Galaxy’s Edge breakfast.

This is also an interesting change because there is no longer a kids’ meal breakfast option Mondays – Thursdays at Docking Bay 7.
Now, for those heading to Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in just about a month and a half — note that the breakfast option DOES show up on Walt Disney World’s Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo menu. For now.

We aren’t sure if or how long this change will stick around. So, we will be sure to let you know if any more changes are made!

Please have more allergy free restaurants. I have celiac and I am allergic to soy, gluten, dairy and grains. Would live to have food with almond milk, almond flour etc.
