Welcome back! We’re here with another update of What’s New in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We’ve got lots of spooky merch and sweet food updates for ya, so let’s hop right on in!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Food Update
Want to start your day with a really unique treat? The Trolley Car Café and Rosie’s All American Cafe is serving up the popcorn-topped Happy Rainbow Cupcake in honor of Gay Days in Disney World!
The vanilla cupcake is filled with vanilla mousse and topped with strawberry buttercream icing and Joy’s Confetti Popcorn.
For a limited time, the Happy Rainbow Cupcake can be purchased for $5.99. We did not love this cupcake, but it is very photogenic!
Check out our review of the popcorn-topped Pride cupcake here!
If you’re hungry, Minnie’s Summertime Dine is having its last week at Hollywood and Vine!
Although we’ll miss it, the Halloween Dine will be arriving at the restaurant on August 20th.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios Merchandise Update
Speaking of Halloween…
The Halloween and The Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise items have arrived in Hollywood Studios!
At Tower Hotel Gifts, we stepped inside Oogie Boogie‘s lair to catch a glimpse at some of The Nightmare Before Christmas Collection.
Both pairs of Sally Minnie Ears were available for $27.99…
… and both pairs of Jack Skellington Ears could be purchased for $27.99 as well!
Learn more about these ears here!
Although we’ve seen them before, The Nightmare Before Christmas Ornaments are $19.99 and can be placed on your pumpkin stems or your Christmas trees!
The Sally Ornament is ready to brew up some Frog’s Breath Soup!
Maybe the Zero Ornament can find her some ingredients?
He’ll have to be on the lookout for Oogie Boogie, though…
… accompanied by his henchmen, Lock, Shock, and Barrel!
We have to say that their walking bathtub is slightly more terrifying than their masks, you know.
No matter what, the Mayor of Halloween Town won’t let anything happen to his beloved little town!
… even if things stress him out just a lil’ bit.
The Nightmare Before Christmas plush toys are too cuddly not to have sweet dreams with!
Sing the Boogie Song before you go to sleep with the Oogie Boogie plush for $19.99…
… and the Lock, Shock & Barrel plush for $29.99!
Just be sure to include the Mayor of Halloween Town plush so he doesn’t feel left out!
The Vampire Teddy Plush is all ready for Halloween…
… and so is the Clown With the Tear-Away Face Plush! (We are sooo ready too.)
We spotted a whole bunch of Halloween merch inside Celebrity 5 & 10.
We found Halloween shirts…
… Plush toys…
… Villain items…
… Pumpkin Jars…
… Mickey Pumpkins…
… Zero on a Leash…
… Oogie Boogie and Pumpkin lanyards…
… Pumpkin Glow Spinners…
… and Halloween pins! We’ve found all of these items in various locations around the Disney parks. You can explore ALL the Halloween merchandise here!
We did happen to find the new Beauty and the Beast Pop-Up Book Pin…
… The Nightmare Before Christmas Magic Band…
… and the Evil Queen Magic Band resting on the shelves!
In Its a Wonderful Shop, the Halloween pins were on full display as well! You can grab a single pin for $9.99 each or a set for $14.99.
Whether you wear them on your jackets or your lanyards, the Vampire Mickey Pin…
… Minnie Witch Pin…
…Werewolf Goofy Pin…
… Ghoulish Donald Pin…
… Mummy Pluto Pin…
… Mad Scientist and Monster Chip ‘N’ Dale Pins…
… the 2019 Halloween Pin…
… The Halloween Bat and Candy Pins…
… AND The Evil Queen and Cruella Pins would all be spooky (and cute!) additions to your pin collection!
The Star Wars Halloween pins were also available at It’s a Wonderful Shop and Tatooine Traders. How adorable is the BB-8 Pumpkin pin??
We’re kinda digging Darth Vader as a vampire!
You can also get the Galaxy’s Edge pin in both stores.
At the Stage 1 Company Store, we spotted some sinister Jack Skellington Glow Necklaces to don at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party in Magic Kingdom!
Instead of something spooky, you can look at the Disney Lenox Mary Poppins Returns Tea Set! You can get the pitcher for $145, the sugar dish for $75…
… the teacup for $60…
… and the saucer for $60!
We also saw the Precious Moments Mary Poppins Ornament, poised with her umbrella and never-ending bag.
You can hang her on your tree for $35 so your decorations look practically perfect.
Once Upon a Time was showcasing the Love Comes in Every Color Collection…
… with Pride kids’ shirts…
… tanks…
… Mickey ear hats…
… patches…
… bracelets…
… and cinch backpacks!
We also spotted the Cinderella Castle Loungefly Backpack…
… and the Halloween Spirit Jersey, that we previously found in Disney Springs!
Star Wars: Launch Bay had two new tees, according to the sweet Cast Members!
Both can be purchased for $24.99, but lay low from the First Order while you’re wearing these!
On our way out, we saw that some PhotoPass Cast Members were training and taking some pictures of one another on Hollywood Boulevard!
We also saw that many of the attractions had their Cast Members dressed in the new uniforms!
Well, that’s all for this roundup of What’s New in Hollywood Studios! We’ll catch you next time with more food, construction, and merch updates. Don’t have too many spooky dreams about all that Halloween merch now! 😉

Would be nice to see some up to date reviews of the restaurants rather than endless pics of merchandise.
