Okay, y’all. We have a freakin’ killer appetizer that you NEED to know about!!
We’re talkin’ about the Truffled Potato Chips from Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Disney Springs.
Now, these aren’t new, but for some reason, they’ve never really received the recognition they so desperately deserve!
Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in Disney Springs has introduced a new concept to “modernize the traditional bar and grill” while featuring many of Puck’s famous dishes. And one of our favorites that they have introduced is the Truffled Potato Chips.
You will find these on the “to share for the table” portion of the menu, as they are an appetizer. The Truffled Potato Chips are covered, yes covered, in the most delicious Point Reyes blue cheese sauce. Really, they’re kind of like nachos, but with potato chips and blue cheese!
We really enjoy the fact that there is melted blue cheese sauce and bits of blue cheese sprinkled on top because it adds a great bit of texture.
The chips don’t tend to get soggy since they are pretty thick, which is nice because you won’t have to rush to eat them! (Though this likely won’t be a concern anyway since they’re so freaking good!)
You can find this must-try appetizer at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill for $12. We’d say they’re perfect to share…but honestly, they’re so good that you may not want to share them! Try these chips out and let us know what you think!

So is it just blue cheese and no other flavor? Seems like it would need something to balance the blue cheese. What is the truffled part about?
DFB Sarah says
Vic, the cheese is definitely dominant. As for where the truffle is: you’d have to ask Chef Puck; all we know is it was delicious!
