Welcome to another roundup of What’s New in Magic Kingdom!
We have a lot to cover today, including a new coffee drink and a BUNCH of new merchandise.
Let’s get started!
Magic Kingdom Food Update
Fantasyland
Let’s kick things off in Big Top Treats, where we found a prepackaged Pumpkin Mickey Sugar Cookie for $3.99.
Explore more Halloween goodies we’ve spotted in Magic Kingdom here!
Main Street, U.S.A.
In The Confectionery, we noticed that they’ve added two new slushy machines behind the counter with the bakery case. They still have additional machines at the other counter by the cotton candy.
Liberty Square
At a Liberty Square popcorn cart, we spotted the Oogie Boogie popcorn bucket! We mentioned this popcorn bucket a while back, and we’re glad it’s arrived in Magic Kingdom!
This one doesn’t glow in the dark like Oogie Boogie buckets in the past, but his eyes do light up!
It may not be the most practical bucket for carrying popcorn, but it’s too cool to pass up in our opinion!
Learn more about the Oogie Boogie popcorn bucket here!
Tomorrowland
Over at Joffrey’s Revive in Tomorrowland, we came across Rocket Fuel, their nitrogen cold-brewed coffee. It was available for $4.09 (or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit) without a flavor shot or $4.69 (or a snack credit) with a flavor shot.
We tried ours with a shot of Pumpkin Pie and REALLY liked the taste of it! The drink tasted creamy and smooth, and we’d recommend trying it.

Magic Kingdom Construction Update
Entrance
During our most recent visit, construction was still underway around Magic Kingdom’s entrance. We’re pretty sure this is for maintenance, but we’ll let you know if we learn more!
We’ll keep you updated as this construction progresses!
Fantasyland
As we previously reported, the Cinderella Castle walkway is open once again!
During our most recent visit, the moat was still drained and they looked like they were getting ready to continue working on landscaping. We’ll let you know when the moat is full again!
Tomorrowland
In Tomorrowland, construction is still underway on the TRON Lightcycle Run, which is set to open in time for Disney World’s 50th anniversary in 2021.
In case you missed it, we shared a look at the costumes and ride vehicles for this highly-anticipated attraction — you can take a look here!
Magic Kingdom Merchandise Update
Fantasyland
In Big Top Treats, we spotted an adorable Dumbo ID holder with a lanyard for $16.99. We previously spotted this little guy in Disney California Adventure!
Liberty Square
In Memento Mori, we found some spooktacular Haunted Mansion Minnie Ears for $27.99. If they look familiar to you, they are a bit similar to the Haunted Mansion bat ears that debuted a while ago.
This pair of ears features the attraction’s iconic purple wallpaper and a lacy black bow.
Learn more about the new Haunted Mansion ears here!
Main Street U.S.A.
In Uptown Jewelers, we found the brand new SHAG Tiki Room Ear Hat ($58) inspired by Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room. The front of the hat has a few macaws that look an awful lot like José, Michael, and Pierre…
…while the back of the hat features Mickey Mouse wearing a blue lei!
We found several items we didn’t recognize in The Emporium, including a Magic Mirror Metallic Minnie choker for $19.99.
Explore the Magic Mirror Metallic collection here!
Nearby, we noticed a Tiana-themed Alex and Ani bangle for $49.99.
We love the saying on the back of the charm!
We also found a No Problems Too Big Mickey sweatshirt ($54.99)…
…matching sweatpants ($39.99)…
…and a pair of Haunted Mansion iPhone cases!
You can get one with Haunted Mansion’s 50th-anniversary logo for $34.99…
…or one with Mansion’s purple wallpaper for $29.99.
Before we left The Emporium, we also noticed a set of dish towels inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas for $19.99.
We previously found these towels in Downtown Disney!
Tomorrowland
In Mickey’s Star Traders, we found some SUPER glittery Crocs ($54.95)!
If you’re looking to make a bold impression on your Disney World vacation, these shoes may be the way to go.
The last thing we found on our visit was a Mickey Donut ID holder with a lanyard for $16.99.
If this looks familiar to you, we previously spotted it in Disney California Adventure!
