If you’re up and at em’ heading to Hollywood Studios and in need of a breakfast bite before you set out to explore Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, we’ve got you covered!
The park opened super early to welcome guests to the land, and the Market in Hollywood Studios has followed suit.
If you’re heading over to Galaxy’s Edge, swing by the Market located near the entrance to Toy Story Land. This spot offers up drinks throughout the day along with quick snacks like churros and pretzels. But just in time for early morning space travelers, we spotted some BREAKFAST offerings on the menu.
First up, we tried the French Toast Pretzel. It’s served with a side of maple syrup and dusted with powdered sugar. This thing may not look like much but holy smokes it is GOOD!
It’s a good size and has just enough of a pretzel taste to make it unique. But once you get inside? It’s STUFFED! Yup, it’s filled with a sticky and MEGA sweet filling. It tastes pretty fantastic on its own but dipped in the syrup this feels like you’re cheating on your normal breakfast staples. Hey, you’re on vacation — you deserve it!
You can pick this up for $7.59 before tax or for a snack credit if you’re on the Disney Dining Plan. Next up, we tried the Breakfast Biscuit. This guy even dressed up for the occasion in its Star Wars best!
Once you open it up, the biscuit is a pretty good size. It was flaky and not dry at all.
The breakfast biscuit is actually a STUFFED biscuit, filled with ham, egg, and cheese. The filling had a great taste, though we would have liked to see a bit more filling inside. There wasn’t much egg in ours and we can always use more cheese! Overall, this was a substantial, enjoyable breakfast option.
You can get this for $8.99 WITH a cup of Joffrey’s coffee OR you can do like we did and order the biscuit alone for $6.79.
These are both solid breakfast options if you’re up early rushing to Galaxy’s Edge. We’d get that french toast pretzel again for sure!

As you travel through the 4 kingdoms of WDW, are you seeing /observing many intoxicated persons in the parks? With alcohol now offered at all meals and at all times, I am concerned that we might encounter those who have had “too much”.

Hi Joyce,
Our personal experience is other than some weekend evenings at F&W, it isn’t a problem. Although we’ve run into an occasional person that has overindulged, those instances are few and far between. We are annual passholders and visit at many different times throughout the year so I think we probably have a pretty good gauge. Hope that info helps!

I’m dreaming of french toast pretzels. Are they still available at the Market in 2020?
DFB Sarah says
Jaclyn, they’re not showing on the official menu, but it’s possible they could return or come and go. Definitely check when you’re next there!
