In case you missed it, Enchanted Rose is the official name for the bar and lounge coming to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort.
The Beauty and the Beast-themed lounge will replace the Resort’s Mizner’s Lounge and is expected to open sometime this fall. While we recently got a sneak peek at a few of the menu items, Disney has now released the FULL MENU!
Learn all about the Enchanted Rose lounge here!
Enchanted Rose will mostly serve beverages, but they’ll also offer several starters. Options will range from Truffle Fries (yummm) for $14 and Espelette Pepper-spiced Shrimp for $19 to White Sturgeon Caviar for a whopping $95.
The Mini Smoked Short-Rib Sliders ($16), which feature Glacier Blue Cheese, onion marmalade, and split-top buns look especially delicious!
As we mentioned before, you’ll find a whole bunch of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu, including nine Featured Cocktails!
We can’t decide which ones we want to try first — the Island Rose, which features Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose, lime, orgeat, pineapple, bitters, and rose water, or the Floral Bitter Beauty, which combines Hendrick’s Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Campari, Aperol, lemon, and soda.
You’ll also be able to choose between several Grand Cocktails, which are priced per serving. The Negroni, Mojito, and Kir Royal sound yummy to us!
If you’re in the mood for a martini, you’ll have your choice between several when Enchanted Rose Lounge opens! Most notable to us is the Aura and Me, which features Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, honey, pink peppercorn, cardamom, and lemon. Also appealing is the Espresso Martini, which combines Stoli Vanil Vodka, espresso, and Crème de Cacao.
Enchanted Rose Lounge will also offer a variety of beers and hard ciders…
…in addition to a nice selection of wines and champagnes!
We appreciate the fact that these wines are all available by the glass in addition to the bottle.
If you aren’t in the mood for an alcoholic beverage during your visit to the Enchanted Rose Lounge, you’ll still have several non-alcoholic drinks to choose from!
We personally want to try the Garden Spritzer, which features Seedlip Garden 108 Herbal Distilled Non-alcoholic Spirit, lime, agave, and soda, and the B&B, which combines fresh-brewed Twinings of London iced tea, lemon, blueberry, and basil.
There are so many things we want to try when the Enchanted Rose Lounge opens! While Disney has not released an official opening date yet, we do know it’s slated to open sometime this fall. Stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more updates on this new location!

Just wondering – what are “tableside cocktails”? Is it more than one serving? I hope so because $21 is pretty steep for one drink. In fact, I’m more than a little irritated by the prices overall…$27 for a Kir Royale…really?!
Andrew Z says
@ Jane Scott – These seem expensive because (1) Disney prices (2) premium or uncommon liquors (3) upscale setting in a Deluxe hotel. Tableside cocktails are cocktails made right in front of you – created using premium ingredients and unique bar skills – you’re paying for the interactive experience. These are generally done at sit down restaurants….so I’m not quite sure how they’ll be executed in a bar setting?
Andrew Z says
$7.50 bud light is pretty laughable, but then again, so are stadium prices.

Andrew – I have gone to many upscale cocktail lounges in Chicago where they create cocktails using premium ingredients and have never paid $21 for a cocktail!
Andrew Z says
@ Jan Disney markup! You can probably get basic cocktails for less. And I live in Chicago and have (unfortunately) paid for many $20 cocktails.

We live in Orlando and also have paid for $20 cocktails. The $27 Kir Royale is made with Veuve Cliquot and includes “caviar pearls.” The price reflects not just the drink, but the ambiance and impeccable Disney service. If you want drinks that are priced just based on the ingredients, go to TGIFridays. For average customers such as my husband and I, Enchanted Rose is not a place where we would hang out for happy hour but rather a destination for a special occasion to celebrate. We will have one cocktail each instead of two and sip slowly (haha). I can’t wait to go!

I would pay $27 just to sit at that bar at Christmas time. It looks gorgeous!

I think their menu is wrong for the Veuve Clicquot. It shows that a glass is $130 and a bottle $89. I wish I was down there to see if they would honor that bottle price!
