BIG NEWS my Target lovin’ people!
Target and Disney have officially teamed up to bring Disney stores…yes Disney stores (!!) online and to 25 Target locations across the U.S. While, we’ve already shared a few details about the new shop-and-shop experience, we’re happy to report that these locations have officially opened TODAY!
According to Target, “the space will be a branded “shop-in-shop” layout with an average of 750 square feet, strategically located inside Target stores adjacent to kids clothing and toys and replicated online at target.com/DisneyStore and in the Target app.”
The new displays will bring more than 450 items to the “shop-in-shop”, including “100-plus products you could previously only find in proper Disney retail locations. Items will range in price from $2 – $200, while many items costing below $20.”
Today, these new shop-in-shop stores have launched and are featuring some exclusive Frozen 2 and Star Wars items! You can view all the products here!
While only 25 lucky Target locations have received this new Disney store experience, 40 others are set to open Disney store shop-in-shop areas by October of 2020.
And there is more Target excitement to look forward to as a “new store in Orlando near Walt Disney World Resort at Flamingo Crossings Town Center in 2021.”
We will keep you posted on this new location as details are shared!!

They really do know their audience! I live in Tampa, so sometimes it’s hard to convince my non-Disney-addicted husband to Disney or Disney springs on the weekends (but I have my ways 😉), but knowing I have a Disney store IN A TARGET just 15 minutes from my house instead of an hour?! I’m going tomorrow🎉 thank you for the blog post, I wouldn’t have known otherwise!
