Welcome back, friends! We’re here with another What’s New at Disney Springs!

We’ve got lots of merch, food, and construction updates for ya, so let’s dive right on in!

Disney Springs Construction Update

Maleficent: Mistress of Evil has FINALLY flown into theaters! And, all you beasties can have a great time watching the movie and visiting AMC’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil red carpet set-up!

There’s A LOT of construction going on in Disney World, and Disney Springs is joining in on the renovations with the construction of three new places to grab some eats and treats. City Works…

…Ample Hills…

…and Beatrix are currently in the “pardon our pixie dust” stage as they continue to be built. City Works will be opening fairly soon (yay!!), while we’ll have to wait a bit longer for the healthy eats at Beatrix and ice cream at Ample Hills.

We’ll keep you posted as construction moves forward on these new spots!

Disney Springs Food Update

Speaking of food, there are plenty of new and exciting options around Disney Springs, you guys! Things are getting shaken up at Ghirardelli because the Quake Shake has arrived!

This shake is unique because you get to choose your own ice cream flavor and three chocolate squares from the choices of milk chocolate, dark chocolate mint, milk chocolate caramel, dark chocolate, dark chocolate raspberry, and dark chocolate sea salt caramel!

You can create your own Quake Shake and order a small for $7.25, medium for $7.95, or large for $8.95!

And, while you’re at Ghirardelli, be sure to check out the Peppermint Squares out for the upcoming holidays!

The Millennial Pink Shake is still back and lookin’ tasty with its strawberry, banana, and white chocolate flavors over at Vivoli il Gelato in celebration of Disney Springs hitting 1 million followers on Instagram…

… While the Sprinkles Cupcake ATM has returned so visitors have a quick way of grabbing some of their favorite cupcakes!

Although Galaxy’s Edge is officially open in Hollywood Studios and Frozen 2 premieres in theaters in just a few weeks, the Mini Chewbacca Dome Cake and Frozen 2 Cake have disappeared from Amorette’s. However, you can get in the spooky spirit because the Halloween Petit Cake is still being baked up!

The Back to School Specials may have disappeared from Starbucks, but the Barista Favorites are back, bb! The new Fall Drink Specials are being blended up as well, like the Morning Pumpkin, Ember Falls Tea, and the Raven Frappuccino!

The Ganachery is getting into the kick of Fall spice with the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Chipotle Pepper Squares in-store (YUM!).

Over at AristoCrêpes, we also spotted that the boozy seasonal drink is now listed as $13-$16, even though it was previously only $12.25.

Craving something sweet? Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC has got you covered! If you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack, the Veggie Bomb is the bakery’s take on a quiche packed with vegan cheddar and LOTS of veggies.

We think that all those veggies warrant a dessert, don’t you? 😉 Try the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Teacake…

… Or one of the rotating bakery case flavors that are new each week! Satisfy your sweet tooth with the Red Velvet Cranberry Cupcake…

…the Brownie Bomb Cupcake, Brownie Cranberry Cupcake…

…and the Special Samoa Brownie!

While they may not be new, the Rainforest Cafe had multiple menu additions when we took a peek. Now you can try the Shrimp Scampi Flatbread, Siracha Pork Flatbread, Fried Pickles, Ancient Grain Bowl, Carnitas Tacos, Ahi Tuna Tacos, Creole Mac and Cheese, Beyond Burger, and the Iggy Piggy Sandwich!

Speaking of more menu additions, Wine Bar George is serving up all-new small plates, cocktails, and dinner entrées. Everything on the drink menu is new except the American 75, Sangria, Wake Up Call, and frozen beverages (so much to choose from!).

While you’re there, you can also snack on the Frisée Salad, Shishito Peppers, Ibérico Pork Pluma, Santa Carota Short Ribs, Bell & Evans Chicken Breast…

… And the Saganaki On FIRE!!! They had us at flaming cheese. (;

The Shine Bar at Homecomin’ has a mysterious green Moonshine drink bubbling up! Since it’s a “filler” drink that won’t be around for long, it doesn’t have an official name but it does taste like apple!!

It’s spooky season! And, Enzo’s Hideaway is all decked out in its most terrifying decorations…

… Along with The Edison! Ooh, we’re really scared!!

There is a new Fall drink menu at the restaurant…

…as well as a few additions to the standard cocktail menu! The Caribbean Old Fashioned, Manhattan West, Reckless Diamond, Strawberry Fields Forever, and JG’s Way sound like refreshing flavors…

…on top of the Star Hill Sipper with candied walnut and bacon-infused Maker’s Mark bourbon, black walnut bitters, and candied bacon.

And, guess what?! The bacon is caught on FIRE, just like the cheese from Wine Bar George!

We’re LOVING this new trend of getting a bit of fire with our foods!
