It may seem early, but the Disney Parks are already gearing up for the holiday season.
We’ve certainly spotted some updates to Magic Kingdom that make us feel a little jolly! Check out what’s new in construction and merchandise in the happiest place on Earth.
Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
Mickey’s Star Traders in Tomorrowland has been undergoing refurbishments for a few weeks, so here’s the latest update on progress.
Only one entrance is open to the store so you can only get into the shop from one side.
The Mickey Rocketeer signs are still missing from the outside and a covered blackboard hangs in their place near the open entrance.
And inside the store, there are construction barriers that are currently blocking off about half of the room. Construction sure is heavy at Star Traders so we hope it will pay off when it’s finished!
Magic Kingdom Merchandise Updates
Emporium
We’ve spotted some fun new merchandise at the Emporium on Main Street U. S. A. Check out this Pua Sweet Dreams pal for $34.99! We have loved seeing all the fun Sweet Dream friends napping around the parks. Aren’t they precious?
There’s also four new figurine sets. There are Princess, Star Wars, Toy Story 4, and The Lion King sets. These will run you $49.99 each.
The Star Wars set features characters from all three trilogies like Luke, Padme, and Rey.
The Toy Story 4 option has figurines of all our favorite characters, like Bo Peep!
And The Lion King set should be a great option for youngsters who can’t get enough of Pride Rock.
As for holiday merchandise, we keep finding more and more! If you make a purchase of $40 or more, you can take home this limited-time BONUS holiday tote for $24.99!

Or light up the night with this Light up Mickey Jingle Bell Necklace for $14.99!
For fans of the one and only ice queen, there’s this super cute Youth Elsa Hoodie for $46.99, complete with cape! (Don’t tell Edna Mode.)
Though they’re not new, we also spotted a few of the holiday ears that we’ve started seeing around the parks…
…and the super cute NEW Old Fashioned Minnie Ears!
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe
At Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, we noticed that they had the front columns covered. New holiday decorations perhaps…?
There are these awesome Mickey and Minnie Nutcrackers for $54.99 each.
Look at how cute Minnie’s skirt is!
We also spotted a ton of cute new plush, complete with holiday plaid. There’s Pluto, Mickey, Minnie for $21.99 each, and Chip and Dale for $29.99!

For $79.99, you can take home the festive Disney-themed tree skirt to deck out your tree with!
And have the coolest koozie at the Christmas party with this Mickey Beverage Holder for $12.99.
This might be our favorite find. It’s a positively ADORABLE Mary Poppins Bag Ornament, complete with parrot umbrella! Make it yours for $21.99.
