Halloween? We’ve “let it go” and moved onto the Christmas season in Disney World!
Over the past few days, the Most Magical Place on Earth has seen decorations for the holidays in Magic Kingdom, like the Christmas tree on Main Street and Tomorrowland Speedway’s overlay. But TODAY, Elsa used her ice powers to light up Cinderella Castle for all guests to see!
For the holidays, Elsa and Anna join Kristoff and Olaf for “A Frozen Holiday Wish” nightly throughout the season in front of Cinderella Castle.
Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff travel to a new land, Magic Kingdom ofc, to provide a season’s greetings to all the folks visiting.
After Olaf joins the group (y’know after he just casually was chilling on the balcony), the group decides that they should make everything merry and bright in the kingdom for Christmas. We’re not complaining!!
As soon as Elsa asks for help from the audience, she starts crystallizing Cinderella Castle with her powers.
Can we put ice powers on our Christmas lists this year??
Wrapped up like a Christmas gift to Magic Kingdom, Elsa transforms the castle into a beautiful ice palace, complete with stunning icicle lights (!!!).
The grand finale ends in one last icy blast of incredible fireworks behind the ice palace (we have goosebumps!!).
Although we have to say goodbye to Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf at the end of “A Frozen Holiday Wish,” Cinderella Castle sparkles and glows for the rest of the night! We say let the storm rage on!!
“A Frozen Holiday Wish” might be in its fifth year, but we’re still just as awe-struck with its beauty. And, after seeing the first show of the season, we’re definitely in the holiday spirit already!
If you’re in Magic Kingdom this holiday season, be sure to check out the show that’ll melt any heart!
The cold never bothered us anyway!

Am I the only one who misses the original version of the show, with Cinderella and the Fairy Godmother? To me, having the Frozen characters doesn’t make sense, story-line wise. I know Elsa has the ice powers, but it just feels… weird to have her basically show off, like “look what I can do!”
