We’re pretty certain you already know how Disney World celebrates Christmas with Mickey’s Very Merry and Halloween with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary by now, but if you’ve ever wondered how the Magic Kingdom observes Veteran’s Day, let us show you!
Today the Dapper Dans are lookin’ especially dapper in their special red, white, and blue outfits in tribute of this national holiday!

But they weren’t the only ones looking extra sharp for Veteran’s Day — a few Cast Members had also dressed to impress in their patriotic finest!

We also noticed several park guests had gotten all gussied up to commemorate our servicemen and women. Some were wearing special U.S. military attire…

…while others drew their inspiration from the colors of our nation’s flag. How striking do these two lovely ladies look? What an awesome tribute!

Disney also had Veterans gather for a group photo!

Afterward, Disney held their daily flag retreat ceremony! During this ceremony, they choose a veteran to participate by assisting with the flag.

There was a special Veteran’s Day procession down Main Street, U.S.A! This was a great opportunity to thank the veterans for their service!

Veterans were selected earlier in the day to serve as Grand Marshals for the Festival of Fantasy Parade as well!
