After a long morning of riding your favorite attractions, sometimes you just gotta sit back, relax, and eat a great lunch in Disneyland!
And, one of our FAVE meals is a good ole’ hot dog or corn dog! Although you can get one at Award Wieners, Corn Dog Castle, and other spots around the parks, we’re heading to a resort to grab a new twist on a classic snack!
The Corn Dog Bulgogi Bites are being tossed and fried at the Grand Californian Hotel‘s Craftsman Grill!
The latest “hot dog of the month” consists of mini corn dogs piled high with sriracha aioli (!!!), kimchi scallions, fresno chiles, togarashi and furikake spice, and bulgogi sauce.
The dish this month is an Asian-inspired version of corn dogs, and we thought it was AH-MAZING! The breading on the corn dog nuggets is wonderfully crunchy and stays that way, even with all the toppings! The sweetness of the bulgogi sauce pairs perfectly with the kick of spiciness from the sriracha aioli, fresno chiles, and spices (yum!!). This is definitely a grown-up version of corn dogs, so kids might just want to stick to the original! (; Hey, more for Mom and Dad then!!
Make sure to ask your server about the “hot dog of the month” if you want to order these bbs! They’re super filling and shareable, so you might want to bring a friend or family member to snack with (or put them in a to-go box and save them for later!).
