As Disney’s Rivera Resort gets ready to open its doors to its first guests on December 16th, we’re finally starting to see more info released!

And while we already shared with you a first look at some of the food you could expect to see at Disney World’s newest deluxe resort, we now have Primo Piatto’s FULL MENUS!

Primo Piatto is Disney’s Riveria Resort’s new quick-service restaurant and the new menu offers plenty of hearty, family-friendly meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as convenience items to grab for on-the-go snackage! Check out Primo Piatto’s new Breakfast Menu featuring a section of Breakfast Pizzas to “mangia on” before hitting the parks!

There’s also a selection of tasty-sounding Breakfast Sandwiches including the Ciabatta Breakfast Sandwich with Egg and Croque Madame! Breakfast entrees include Blueberry-Lemon Pancakes, Cinnamon Crumble ‘French Toast’ Bread Pudding, and more!

We got a look at the blueberry lemon pancakes already!

For vegetarians, Primo Piatto will be offering a veggie Scramble Bowl and Artisanal Breakfast Pizza! And a delicious side of Overnight Oats or Breakfast Potato Gratin sounds pretty good to us, too! There are also healthy options for your kiddos including an Egg White Frittata or Overnight Oats & Fruit…

…as well as the Primo Platter and Mickey-shaped Waffle — a breakfast classic! A selection of pastries, breads, and muffins will also be available.

For dessert, you’ll find a Classic Tiramisù and Gelato Selection! And for a quick bite as you get ready to dash to the parks, you’ll have a variety of snacks to choose from!

Beverages will include an assortment of hot and cold drinks including, of course, the option to purchase a refillable resort mug! You’ll also find a wide selection of Specialty Coffees!

Primo Piatto will also have an extensive selection of beer…

…and wine to pair with your meal! Also, check out its Cocktail List which features a Blue Marble Bloody Mary, Blue Marble Mojito, and Blue Marble Margarita! We’ll take one of each, please!

For lunchtime, the counter-service trattoria will be serving up two styles of hearth-baked pizza! You’ll have the choice of either a classic Margherita ‘za or a Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza — both of these will also be available for dinner as well!

Meanwhile, they’ll also be serving up some tasty sandwiches, prepared hot or cold for lunch and dinner!

Entrees will include Shrimp Pasta and a Grilled Vegetable Skewer, while a plant-based Artisanal Pizza will be offered for vegetarians.

And the lunch and dinner menu will also a wide selection of salads, soup…

…and kid’s entrees for the little ones!

Dinnertime-only entrees will include a Grilled Hanger Steak, Roasted Half Chicken, and Crispy Chicken Breast Cutlet!
