The most wonderful time of the year is here! That’s right, we’re talking about the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays!
The most festive festival at Epcot has started, and it’s filled with delicious eats, festive entertainment, and performances! But, let’s focus a little more on the food and drink. As is holiday tradition, we must eat, drink, and be merry for the season and the Prost! Holiday Kitchen located in the Germany Pavilion is really good at helping you achieve one of those things (hint: the drinking!)
The moment we spotted the menu preview for Prost! we were excited to see some new beverage options, as well as returning favorites. There are 6 beers in all and they can be purchased individually or in 2 separate flights as well (Go with the flights — totally our recommended way of tackling this booth like a champ!)
Luckily for returning Festival of the Holiday fans, they broke the flights up into what ended up being both NEW and RETURNING flights. Each flight is $9.00 or the beers can be purchased separately for $4.50 each.
First up, the returning hits from last year. This flight comes with:
- M.I.A. Beer Company White Christmas IPA, Doral, FL
- 3 Daughters Brewing 70 Degree Winter Weizen, St. Petersburg, FL
- Shipyard Candy Cane Coffee Porter, Clearwater, FL
We loved the 70 Degree Winter Weizen (It tied one below for our favorite of the 6 options!) It’s not too hoppy, so if you’re not into that “bite” many beers have, this is a great pick.
Not the case with the White Christmas IPA — as is the case with most IPAs this one has a good bit of bitterness to it.
The Candy Candy Coffee Porter was odd to us. It tasted like candy canes, coffee, and beer at the same time! Not necessarily a good or bad thing just a LOT of interesting flavors going on there!
Now for the NEW beer flight:
- Anchor Brewing Christmas Ale, San Francisco, CA
- Barrel of Monks Brewing Figgy Terno Boca Raton, FL
- Castle Church Brewing Here I Stand Stout, Orlando, FL
These were some great new additions! First up, Anchor Brewing’s Christmas Ale. This was our other fav beer at the booth! It had just enough of a Christmasy flavor with just enough hoppiness.
The Figgy Terno is a Belgian Style Dubbel beer. Dark and not crazy bitter.
The Here I Stand Stout (are you singing “Let it Go” too when you hear this…we are!) was creamy and malty.
Overall, Prost! was a truly fun booth for the beer lover in your group that we’d recommend for anyone looking to partake in some festive beverage options!

It’s pretty sad that a beer booth in the German pavilion is serving all American beer. There are plenty of great holiday only beers brewed in Germany that could have been sold here.

Personally I’d sing “Here I Stand” of the late, lamented Off Kilter! 😉
