We’ve finally hit December as Christmas lights, trees, and wreaths keep popping up around Disney World! And, just in time for the holiday season, the 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays has begun!
Hi, there! You’ve found our reviews for the 2019 Festival of the Holidays. To see our reviews for the 2020 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays, please click here!
While you might be wondering exactly what to snack and sip on during the event running from November 29th through December 30th, it’s a little difficult to try everything at once. That’s why we’ve visited all the booths and created a list of EVERY review from our walk around the World Showcase! We’re talking about new and returning eats and treats this year AND giving you our free DFB-exclusive printable lists of the festival snacks and sips at the bottom of the page!
Cookie Stroll
If you love cookies as much as we do, you’ll definitely want to embark on the Cookie Stroll at Festival of the holidays! All you have to do is purchase the five cookies from the challenge, collect a stamp at each food booth where the treats are located, and you’ll get ANOTHER Completer Cookie from the Holiday Sweets & Treats booth as your prize!
Sounds amazing, right?? The holidays are for snacking on the Chocolate Crinkle Cookie, Linzer Cookie, Gingerbread Cookie, Black and White Cookie, and Peppermint Pinwheel Cookie while you stroll around World Showcase!
Check out everything you need to know about the 2019 Cookie Stroll here!
Joffrey’s Coffee
We love a great iced coffee, and Joffrey’s serves up some of the best! And, this year for the festival, Joffrey’s Coffee has created four new holiday flavors!
At Joffrey’s Coffee Future World East, you can sip on the Choco-latte made with Baileys Irish cream and chocolate sauce…
…and the Showcase Plaza Joffrey’s, pick up the Coconut Snowstorm latte mixed with Rum Chata and coconut syrup.
While we were on our way to Joffrey’s near the Canada Pavilion during the day, we found that the booth was closed because of a swarm of bees (!!!). Buuut, we were eventually able to get the Ginger Chai Madness when the bees cleared, which is an iced chai tea latte with Baileys and gingerbread syrup stirred in.
We rounded out all the different sweet flavors with the Toffee Coffee at the Joffrey’s near the American Adventure Pavilion. The iced latte is shaken up with Baileys and sea salt caramel toffee sauce.
We can’t blame the bees for wanting a sip of these drinks! ;D
