It looks like Jack Frost has his eye on Florida this week!
The usually warm n’ toasty sunshine state is experiencing colder temperatures this week, which has caused Disney World to close down Typhoon Lagoon water park for a few days!
Typhoon Lagoon water park will be closed December 2nd through December 4, 2019 due to some chilly weather in the forecast!
It looks like the next few days will see temperatures in the 60’s, going down as low as the upper 30’s! Brrr, definitely a bit too cold for the pool! Currently, Disney World’s other water park, Blizzard Beach, is undergoing its annual refurbishment, so it was not affected by the low temperatures.
According to Disney’s calendar, it looks like Typhoon Lagoon will be back on its regular schedule starting December 5th, but we always recommend you keep an eye on it just in case anything changes!
