Paddlefish will be hosting a New Orleans Cooking Demo on Saturday, February 8. This hard-ticketed event will feature a 3-course dinner celebrating Louisiana classics. The event will kick-off with Stuffed Mirliton which features shrimp, chourico, and a creole mustard sauce. For the main event, dig into the iconic NOLA dish, Crawfish Étouffée. Then, end things on a sweet note with Classic Bananas Foster.
Non-Alcoholic beverages are included as well as one complimentary after-dinner drink. Additional beverages will also be available for purchase. May we suggest their Southern Sangria?
