Hey, everybody, it’s time to check out what’s been going on at Epcot!
We’ve got a little bit of everything today, from shortcake and cookies to the construction on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and some Festival of the Arts stuff. Sooo, let’s dive in!
Epcot Food Update
Sunshine Seasons
The fan-favorite Strawberry Shortcake at Sunshine Seasons has gotten a colorful upgrade for this year’s Festival of the Arts. The standard yellowcake at the bottom has been replaced with rainbow cake bits.
We’re waiting to see if this new version will continue after the festival ends, but for now, you can grab one of these for $4.99.
Take a closer look at the new take on this fan-favorite here!Â
World Showcase
Kringla Bakeri
Kringla Bakeri in Norway has changed the flavor of the Lemon Olaf Cheesecake. It’s now a cookies and cream flavored cheesecake. We’ll miss the Lemon Cheesecake, but this one is pretty good, too!
See what we thought of Olaf Oreo Cheesecake!Â
Spice Road Table Juice Bar
Over in Morocco, Spice Road Table’s Juice Bar is now serving cookies, muffins, and baklava if you’re low on your sugar for the day.
Epcot Construction Update
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
The construction on the facade of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind continues, as the old Universe of Energy building becomes a “galaxarium”. We can’t wait to board a Nova ship and go on a galactic adventure with Star-Lord, Gamora, and the rest of the gang.

Test Track
At Test Track, which is currently closed for refurbishment, we noticed what looks to be new FastPass kiosks. These can be found between the main entrance and the gift shop.

Regal Eagle
Let us in, Regal Eagle, we want your delicious barbecue! While the sign remains under wraps, for now, we did notice that a new smoker has been installed!

France Pavilion
There was a small area of the pavement that was roped off outside of Les Halles. Disney might be planning to do some work on it, but we’ll let you know when we know more.
Epcot Merchandise Update
Mouse Gear
If you need something as grand as Spaceship Earth to put your beverage in, then this tumbler should do the trick.
It even lights up! You can get one for yourself for $24.99.

Speaking of space, the Space Mountain Wishables have made their way over from the Magic Kingdom.
You can take a chance with the blind bag to get either Mickey, Minnie, a Robotic Rover, or one of the vehicles for $9.99. You can also get the mountain itself for $9.99. Who knew a building could be cute?

Festival of the Arts Booths
If you’ve got to get more Baby Yoda (who doesn’t?), you can find these art prints at a Festival of the Arts booth between Italy and Germany. “Reaching Out” shows the fifty-year-old toddler using his mystical Force powers. This one was $89.
“Unlikely Friend’ depicts The Child reaching to grab the shift knob from the Razor Crest out of The Mandalorian’s hand. You can grab this one for $145.
