It’s no surprise that the Disney Parks are expensive right now.
From quiet ticket price increases to hundreds of food price increases to the introduction of a paid FastPass system called Genie+, it’s getting pricier and pricier to go to these theme parks. However, there are constantly deals and discounts to get the most bang for your buck! That’s why we’re here — to point out these deals to help you save on your vacation. So let’s take a look at one of the best ticket deals you may not know about!
What was it? SAM’S. CLUB. BABY!
Last year we learned it pays to have a Sam’s Club membership — at least, it certainly has its benefits if you’re a person who likes to visit the Disney Parks frequently! This is because Sam’s often sells discounted Disney World and Disneyland tickets.
We decided to check Sam’s again to see if there were some great deals to be had after Disney increased their ticket prices yet again. Sure enough, when we compared Sam’s Club’s ticket prices with Disney’s this afternoon, the savings WERE THERE!Â
Disneyland Ticket Savings
Sam’s Club offers a wide variety of discounted Multi-day Disney World and Disneyland ticket options to choose from. First up, Disneyland! Many of these deals include added features such as Genie+.
We’ll show you just a few examples. (Note: savings may vary depending on whether or not Sam’s Club has updated their retail prices to reflect Disney’s latest ticket price increases when YOU look at the website.)
Sam’s Club has a lot of offers for SoCal Residents only, so let’s jump into them! Starting off, for a 3-Day 1-Park ticket with Genie+, the member price is $239 without taxes and fees. This is a huge drop from the gate price, which Sam’s Club has listed as $390. If you want to get the same ticket but without Genie+, it’s $179 marked down from $300.
If you’re a SoCal resident and want to get a Park Hopper ticket instead of 1-Park, then the 3 Day ticket is $299 marked down from $450 with Genie+, and $239 marked down from $390 without Genie+!
The rest of the markdowns are for everyone, not just SoCal residents, so let’s get into it! If you want to Park Hop for 2 days with Genie+, then you can get tickets from Sam’s Club for $333 instead of $355 for adults, and $310 instead of $340 for kids. If you’re not Park Hopping and just doing 1 park per day then it’s $272 marked down from $295 for adults and $258 marked down from $280 for kids.
For 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets with Genie+, adult tickets are $418 marked down from $450, and kids’ tickets are $398 marked down from $430. If you’re not hopping, then adult tickets are $358 instead of $390, and kids’ tickets are $338 instead of $370.Â
If you want to Park Hop for 4 days with Genie+, adult tickets are $463 instead of $500, and kids tickets are $443 instead of $480. Without Park Hopper, adult tickets are $408 marked down from $440, and kids tickets are $388 marked down from $420.Â
For 5-Day Park Hopper Tickets with Genie+, tickets are gonna be $503 instead of $540, and kids are $483 instead of $520. If you’re not Park Hopping, then adult tickets are $443 instead of $480, and kids are $423 instead of $460.Â
For a 2-Day Park Hopper with no Genie+, Sam’s Club is offering $294 instead of $315 for adult tickets, and $279 instead of $300 for kids. Without Park Hopper, it’s $235 instead of $255 for adults and $219 instead of $240 for kids.
For a 3-Day Park Hopper without Genie+, Sam’s Club is offering $359 instead of $390 for adult tickets, and $339 instead of $370 for kids. Without Park Hopper, adult tickets are $300 instead of $330, and kids are $280 instead of $310.
For a 4-Day Park Hopper Ticket, Sam’s Club is offering $385 instead of $420 for adults, and $365 instead of $400 for kids. Without Park Hopper, the adult tickets are $329 instead of $360, and the kids tickets are $309 instead of $340.
If you want to Park Hop for 5 days in Disneyland, Sam’s Club is offering adult tickets for $405 instead of the gate price of $440 for adults, and $385 instead of $420 for kids. Without Park Hopper, the adult price is $349 instead of $380, and the kids is $329 instead of $360.
Walt Disney World Ticket Savings
Don’t worry! If you’re traveling to Disney World, we’ve spotted some ticket discounts for you folks as well! Sam’s Club also offers a discounted price on Disney World tickets and prices depend on how many days your trip is. If you’re traveling with a group this could really add up!
They also have a tool to help you check reservations so that you know which parks you can get into!
For a 4-Day Park Ticket with 1 park per day, Sam’s Club is offering $482.76 for adult tickets instead of the $563.67 gate price, and $457.17 for kids!
You can also add upgrades like Genie+, Park Hopper, Water and Sports, and Park Hopper Plus for less than you could through Disney.
The savings are even bigger for Florida residents who want to purchase 3-Day or 4-Day tickets!
A 4-Day theme park ticket with 1 park her day is $294.20 instead of $325.83, and $283.58 for kids!
Florida residents can also get discounts on all of the upgrades!
While Sam’s Club is offering discounted rates, we aren’t too sure if these prices will increase a bit thanks to the recent price increases. Either way, you should still be able to save by purchasing your tickets through Sam’s Club. Remember, it does cost $45 to join Sam’s Club, which can change the amount you’re saving a bit. So, be sure to do the math to see what makes the most sense for your family!

Last year we got discounted WDW annual passes through AAA right after they did the June price increase. Maybe that’s the case again and if so—share that tip with your readers! And I just have to say—Thanks for always getting us the info we need to win Disney!! Love you guys!!!
Jules Belle says
WDW has NOT increased their 4 day “MAGIC park “ package. We bought it last night online & it is cheaper than SAMS Club!! And we used Target to purchase our Disney gift cards at a discount. Thanks for the Target tip!

If you want to save some cash on Disney Park tickets, buy them on the Disney UK website. 14-day park hopper, with water parks AND memory maker included for £399 ($517 inc tax).
We’re DVC members and it is cheaper for us to buy these tickets by a few hundred dollars instead of the annual pass.

Where are these Sam’s Club discounted ticket? I have a membership but they are not showing up on their site?
KH says
Can you purchase UK tickets if you are from USA?
Teresa Evans says
I joined Sam s club to get discount tickets but can’t find them online.
Tara R says
For the Sam’s discounts – they are in the Travel section of the website. Or search Disney tickets. I was hoping Annual Passes would come back – that’s how I did mine! And thanks for AAA tip. 🙂

I feel like this post is misleading. Sams Club and Cosco, etc are not really a savings after you add in the taxes and expensive fees. Love DFG but not this article. Find a travel agent instead and support a small business!
Amy says
You click through Sam’s Club to get there, but that’s not Sam’s selling the tickets. That’s Tickets At Work. They lie about their discount percentage all the way to the end. They had a huge fee in with the taxes. The prices in this article or not the prices that she would pay if buying through Sam’s Club.
Susan says
Add those tickets to your cart and see how much the price really is. That $210 ticket is really $226. Buy Disney gift cards with a good cash back credit card and save more money.
Roger says
If you can access Working Advantage they still have annual passes at the old price and with their discount.

Paul,
Hoe does one go about getting the UK tickets if you are based in the US? This tickets are significantly less money!
Nathan says
@Paul
Can you guy them from the UK site if you don’t live in the UK?
Paul says
@Nathan You can only try. The payment screen obviously wants your BILLING address of which you could try your local address but leave the country box as UNITED KINGDOM. Some credit card issuers only check first line and post (zip) code. All tickets are delivered via email anyway and can then get linked to your MDE app.
It sucks they have different pricing worldwide for everyone, but in the UK we typically take a 2 or 3-week vacation to DisneyWorld so they know they have our secondary spend for a long period of time (plus it secures bed stock for a significant time). Maybe this is why they do it.
With the exchange rate being in the US’s favour at the moment you can get a steal on these tickets if you’re able, but for us, our DVC dues are extortionate as we have no other option but to pay in dollars of which we’re currently screwed!
Dee Dee Nance says
Have what might be a dumb question. If you buy your tickets through an “outside vendor”, like Sam’s – how does that work? You receive an email with the tickets that you can download to your phone? How are the tickets added to your Magic Band. I’ve always gotten packages that include everything – tickets, room, etc.
DFB Sarah says
Dee Dee, my understanding is that you receive a voucher with a confirmation number that you can use in My Disney Experience for planning purposes. But you still need to bring the voucher to Guest Relations to exchange it for the actual Annual Pass.
David Dominie says
For us military/retirees you can also get special rates through Shades of Green and local military installations. This includes military salute specials up to six people (one has to be the sponsor or spouse). They also have special prices for larger groups and days at disney.
