I was online right at release time, but could not check out. It said one item was sold out but I removed each item and still could not check out. After waiting in the chat queue forever, I was told “Sorry. All sold out”! I am so mad. This was handled very poorly. When I asked about other availability, I was told that they would be available again when the stores re-opened, but the information was not volunteered. I am sick of being forced to fight to buy merchandise. Disney is most likely losing my business for good.
I am hoping they offer free shipping to Canada too! Many companies have been doing this! The shipping costs to Canada are ridiculous. $85? with a 41% exchange rate? Craziness!
