The Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station is located in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, nestled between the Plaza Restaurant on Main Street, USA, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Factory in Tomorrowland. It’s a full-fledged counter-service restaurant, serving Asian cuisine including noodle bowls (natch), salads, and stir-fry.
(Note: Don’t confuse the Noodle Station with the Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe, which is also rarely open — though you can book for the buffet on September 13th, 20th, and 27th!)

The seating areas are largely outdoors, covered, and accessible to anyone walking by. And because this restaurant is only open seasonally, these seating areas do some pretty good double duty as a spot to get in out of the rain, or just to take a breather in the shade during a long Magic Kingdom day.

It’s also a favorite spot for some to sit and catch the Wishes fireworks show at night. Tinkerbell flies right over your head in this location (she lands right past the Noodle Station!).
In fact, the Wishes Dessert Party takes place right here at the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station!

I’ve never seen it open, but I know the outdoor terrace is very popular for Disney community fan meets!
i have never seen it open…we just usually walk through it leaving at night after the parade and fireworks to get back to main street to avoid traffic! 🙂
I tried getting a bottle of water here at my last trip (8/1-8/3) but the line was long and slow, so I skipped it in favor of a cart.
…That’s about as close as I got 😀

This place is only open when the park is crowded. Actually El Pirata y el Perico in Adventureland is also only open when the park has peak crowds. And another tidbit The Noodle station is open in the evening and El Pirata y el Perico is open for lunch. And the cast members that work at El Pirata y el Perico also man The Noodle Station.
Nice title man! This place is never open. I have seen a few rare occasions of it being open. Although never eaten there. The last time I saw it open was like 2 years ago. I suggested to my fam, we should maybe try it out cause this joint is NEVER open. We were in such shock of it being open, that we thought it was some kinda oasis in the Kingdom. LoL! I am always passing that area as our detour path fro main street to Tomorrowland.
My wife and I ate there a few years back, when it had first bee opened as “The Noodle Station”.
The food was very good, I had a noodle bowl that I remember as being quite delicious.
We then returned about a year ago to find it open again, but the menu had been changed, “watered down” so to speak.
The new menus items were less authentic and definately aimed more at the less adventerous, “white bread” palate.
I’ve eaten here once, and let’s just say I’m not sad that it’s not always open. Not that I was expecting Nine Dragons or even PF Chang’s, but the beef & broccoli left a lot to be desired (too chewy for my taste). I’d say the best part about the meal was the view of the castle from my table. I’m also a big fan of using the venue as a walk thru from Main Street to Tomorrowland!

this is the best spot in the whole park to watch the Wishes fireworks show.
this is also a good place to hang out from the heat. there is a/c in the upper area near the bathrooms.
My husband and I always eat here- when it is open! We are over a lot (live in Tampa and have passes) and check to see if it is open every time.
When it is open, the food is a nice alternative to the regular Magic Kingdom fare. All of our meals have been good- and on the light side, which can be hard to find at Disney! We go for the noodle bowls, so I can’t really comment on the other options.
April: I bet it’s popular! Often empty and a HUGE area of shade — hard to find in Disney World!

Tony: We see this all the time at WDW, right? They start out with the “authentic” stuff, and then change the menu based on theme park tastes. I guess that makes sense (and I’m sure I’ve contributed cause for change once or twice), but I’m glad to see Sanaa and Kouzzina still doing “authentic” for a while.

I ate here during a trip to the World in March 2009. I had a noodle bowl that was basically glorified ramen (not what I pictured at all!) and my fiance had orange chicken. It was okay, but I would rather have fast-food chinese than eat there again!

I travel to disney twice a year spring and fall, i have never seen either restaraunts open.
The Noodle Station lately has been used for hosted events only, such as the DESSERT PARTY back in Oct, Novand Dec.

Is the refurbishment complete yet? When my husband and I visited WDW in early Feb 2010, a huge section of the seating area (the part that was used for the dessert party) was behind construction tarps. Just wondering if it’s reopened yet…and what might be there now…or how the setup has changed. Please let us know if you can!

I ate here once but it was in November of 2005. In all of my trips, that was the one time it was open. I liked it – I *think* I had beef and broccoli but I may also have had a noodle dish (my mom was with me so there’s a chance we shared each other’s food).

I ate there with my daughter and nephew two Christmases ago. I love, love, love the chicken noodle soup. It’s very fresh with cilantro and lime. Delicious. I’d love a recipe, actually.
I have heard that this location is going to be updated to a new menu. Can anyone confirm this?
I remember back in the 1970-1980’s it was the Plaza Pavilion. Burger and fries and it always came with a little cup of red jello with fruit in it……Does anyone remember that?
Jeff — The menu’s being modified (serving burgers and American foods) during free dining for dinner, but I imagine it will go back to normal at some point as it did last year. Then again, they’ve extended free dining, so…

It is one of favourite places! The food is great but it is only open at peak times. The noodle soup is great and the strir fry beef too
I used to work here. I worked here for the last year that it was Plaza Pavillion (Pizza/Italian based items) and then worked when it was the Noodle Station. It was never very busy except on peak holidays. That is why it is usually only open during Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, Spring Break- Summer. During the Spring Break to Summer Period the cast members work at El Pirata in the AM and then Noodle in the PM (unless this has changed). It was never really super busy. The serving lines in my opinion take a long time cause of the speciality of the food items. So if you order food right before wishes (like everyone else) it usually takes longer.
Nice people work there! They are great. I truly miss them ( I have moved on). Great place to go.
I was able to eat there last summer around the beginning of August in 2010. Note to vegetarians– the tofu noodle bowl was one of the best veggie counter service options I saw, very unique and with tasty basil : )
I’m disappointed to find out that the Tomorrowland Noodle Terrace isn’t open that often. I remember having something there like beef & peapods which was delicious. I’m going to miss it when it’s not there, I love Chinese food.
We ate there back In February, during our Family Mardi Gras trip, the food was very good. There were 6 of us, we had the beef and broccoli and the Shrimp dish, and the chicken noodle, our grandsons ages 1 and 7 ate every bite!! There was a lot of empty table space. Great place for a nice view of the Castle and fireworks. We are hoping it will be open again next year when we go back for aour annual Family Mardi Gras Trip.
I’ve eaten here before! I can’t quiet remember if it was my trip at the end of January 2015 into February, or my early July 2015 trip, but I was surprised to see it open and had to take advantage! The meal I got was a broccoli and chicken Alfredo and by Disney food standards go it was delicious!
