Soon, Disney fans in the southern California area will have the opportunity to check out an exhibit that explores the history of the company!
Following a monthslong closure, the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California will be reopening on Saturday, September 12th. Prior to the closure, the museum had recently debuted the exhibit Inside the Walt Disney Archives: 50 Years of Preserving the Magic.
This exhibit features over 400 pieces, including artwork, toys, movie memorabilia, and MORE!
And while this exhibit was originally scheduled to run through August 30th, Disney fans haven’t missed their window of opportunity — the Bowers Museum has extended the Walt Disney Archives exhibit through February 28th, 2021!
After February 28th, the exhibit will begin its world tour, so Disney fans have several months to check it out while it’s still at the Bowers Museum! Tickets are available for $20-$25 for adults and $5 for children ages 3-11 and limited quantities will be available to allow for social distancing.
Additional safety precautions will be enforced when the museum is reopened — guests may enter through the Main Street entrance only, and temperature checks, face masks, and social distancing are required. For more information or to purchase tickets, click here to visit the Bowers Museum website!
