When it comes to boozy drinks, we’ve tried out a lot!
From checking out a new lager at the China Booth to seeing what’s up with the latest Halloween concoction, we’re going to let you know what’s good (and what’s not so great).
So when we noticed that there was a wine switch at Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue over at The American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT, we had to check the situation out! We noticed that the previous on tap Reata Chardonnay was replaced with St. Francis Chardonnay. The price is the same as the other wines on tap, at $10 per glass.
Now, no two chardonnays are really alike — some can be quite dry while others can be super sweet. However, a good chardonnay will have a perfect balance of both!
The St. Francis Chardonnay proved to be a balanced one. It tasted nice and buttery and was easy on the tongue. It wasn’t too sweet, but also not too dry. We found it to be a very refreshing wine to sip!
So cheers! We’ll be sure to test any other new wines we come across (our job is SO HARD!) and let you know what we think of them!

Is it oaked? The menu doesn’t say where it comes from, so I’m not sure how to guess (in general, domestic Chardonnays are oaked and French ones aren’t).
