It’s no secret — we love Halloween at Disney. The spooky season always brings some of our favorite Disney Parks decorations, merchandise, snacks, and drinks!
Now, Disney Games just announced that its mobile games will soon get into the Halloween spirit with special events and virtual goodies!
In Disney Sorcerer’s Arena, players can spend the month of October fighting some of the most wicked Disney villains of all time, including Jafar, Scar, and Hades. Time to start leveling up, players — these baddies won’t be easy to beat!
Disney Emoji Blitz! is a matching game where the goal is to collect as many Disney emojis as you can find! But during the month of October, players can unlock new Emojis from The Nightmare Before Christmas and Hocus Pocus! WHAT?!?! But there will also be appearances from some villains like Captain Hook, Dr. Facilier, Lady Tremaine, and more!
Disney Emoji Blitz! players can also expect chances to get free treats and participate in giveaways all month!
You can build your own park with Disney Magic Kingdoms, but during October, you can also participate in themed events to earn Halloween-themed rewards! On October 23rd, there’s a mini in-game event that will let you unlock Lock, Shock, and Barrel from The Nightmare Before Christmas as playable characters! A new attraction is coming, too — the Oogie Boogie Spin. Finally, you can add the Haunted Mansion Minnie Ears Stand to your custom park.
Save the city and the day with an all-new Halloween adventure in Family Guy: The Quest for Stuff! The whole town gets dressed up for Halloween, but something strange happens when everyone starts eating the candy! It’s up to Peter, Quagmire, Chris, and the rest of the town to survive their new overactive imaginations!
Family Guy fans who also play Family Guy: Another Freakin’ Mobile Game will also have access to special Halloween events and offers. They can even participate in the Halloween-themed Food Truck Wars on October 27th. There will also be a sale on in-game purchases from October 30th through November 1st.
American Dad! Apocalypse Soon will have a special Halloween-inspired collection event. Players will get a new Halloween Quest board from October 19th through November 1st, as well as have the ability to unlock Halloween-themed Roger armor and characters in Halloween costumes.
Finally, families can host their very own Disney Halloween dance parties with Alexa! Just say, “Alexa, open Disney Dance Floor” and then ask for This is Halloween” or “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and let the party begin!
Halloween might look a little different this year for most of us — especially without Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party — but that doesn’t mean there still won’t be loads of Disney fun! Stay tuned for other Disney Halloween updates!
