The Tree of Life is the iconic heart of Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

And although we’ve had a lot of interesting themed snacks at Animal Kingdom (including zebra cupcakes, brownie paws, and Simba pretzels), today we discovered a cupcake that has so much going on we can barely describe it all!

Artistically speaking, the Autumn Tree of Life Cupcake is SOOOO Instagram-worthy. Look at this beautiful baby with all its fall colors!

The cupcake is a pumpkin cupcake with cinnamon buttercream, a chocolate tree of life, and fondant pumpkins. It also has colorful fall leaf sprinkles!

Inside is a moist pumpkin cupcake, but there’s a hidden surprise, too! Toffee cheesecake filling! I don’t know about you, but I could go for a whole toffee cheesecake all by itself, please!

And combined with the cinnamon and pumpkin, this cupcake is a cornucopia of fall flavors (sorry, not sorry).

We found this snack at Creature Comforts at Animal Kingdom for $5.99. So if you’re looking for a side of pumpkin cake with your cinnamon-y frosting (and a bonus dollop of toffee cheesecake!), drop by there and pick one up!
