It’s a busy Thanksgiving week at the Magic Kingdom in Disney World!
Guests are flocking to the park for a bit of holiday cheer this week. The crowds are a little denser than the previous weeks as we get closer to turkey day! We headed inside to report on the crowds and take note of anything else new to the park.
Magic Kingdom Food Update
Friar’s Nook
Friar’s Nook is serving breakfast again! The menu items consist of a breakfast sandwich, sausage gravy over tater tots, and cinnamon-sugar doughnut holes.
The Cast Member noted that they don’t know how long breakfast will be served here. It could be available due to the increased Thanksgiving crowds this week.
Take a look at all the breakfast items available at Friar’s Nook!
The Lunching Pad
Cheshire Cat Tails have been bouncing between The Lunching Pad and Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. Either location has served the pastries while Cheshire Cafe remains closed. Today, we learned that the Cheshire Cat Tails are back to being at The Lunching Pad, but in the morning only.
You can still find the tails at Cosmic Ray’s all day as well!

Popcorn Stands
Refillable popcorn buckets are all the rage at Disney World, especially at Christmastime! People line up for a chance to snag a bucket and they sell out fast. The White Christmas Tree Popcorn Bucket AND the Christmas Alien Popcorn Buckets have been restocked in the Magic Kingdom!
We spotted buckets at the Popcorn Stand near the Castle Hub and in Liberty Square!

Magic Kingdom Construction Update
Main Street, U.S.A
Main Street gets several repairs and refurbishments over the year to help make it look fresh and clean. Today, we noticed the Main Street Fashion Apparel awning is getting a facelift! The awning is most likely just receiving a bit of a sprucing up or paint job.
Magic Kingdom Atmosphere Update
Thanksgiving Crowds
You can tell that it’s a holiday week at Magic Kingdom! Crowds grew larger and wait times increased quite a bit.
The most congested areas were a few bottleneck areas near Fantasyland and Frontierland as well as Main Street, U.S.A.
Check out our crowd and wait time reports from yesterday!
Cinderella Carriage Photo Op
Everyone loves a good photo op at Disney World! The Cinderella Carriage is back at the Magic Kingdom and ready for some fun family photos! The carriage is usually only available for a limited time so we suggest heading there soon for your PhotoPass pics!
The carriage is located near Prince Charming Regal Carrousel.
