We’ve been spending some of our time over in Disney Springs, checking out what’s new as we get closer to the holidays.
And it turns out we spotted a bunch of new things in Disney Springs this week, including fuzzy ears, construction updates, and some special holiday treats!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Vivoli il Gelato
We spotted a seasonal flavor that’s perfect for this time of year — Gingerbread Gelato!
The shop is also offering a Coffee and Milk Happy Hour! From open until noon you can get your pick of coffee or milk with a croissant for $5.00.
That sounds like a pretty good way to start your morning before strolling around Disney Springs for the day!

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
This bakery specializes in allergy-friendly and vegan desserts and we spotted some new treats for the holidays! There’s a Holiday Brownie Cupcake with a little Christmas wreath on it!
This donut is decorated with a pretty wreath, just like the cupcake!
And check out the Gingerbread Cupcake next to the delicious Chocolate Churro Cupcake that we love!
This Red Velvet Bar is trimmed with some holly!
We also spotted an icing-covered Tiramisu Bar!
The bakery’s Brownie White Mocha Cupcake has gotten a little makeover, with the addition of peppermint for the season!
These look super yummy, and everyone in your family can find something to snack on since they’re created with special diets in mind!

Disney Springs Construction Updates
Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
We’re really excited for the opening of this new location that will be serving up over-the-top donuts! We’ve been keeping a close eye on its construction progress and we noticed some changes!
The large walls have come down to reveal a fresh coat of paint!
The bright colors of the designs contrast against the black paint on the rest of the building.
Although there are still some small walls in place, it looks like this project is really coming together. We even spotted some crew members working on the building when we stopped by to check it out.
Although we’re still waiting for an opening date for this upcoming location, we can’t wait until we’re able to try some freshly made donuts!
Take a peek at the donuts coming to Everglazed!Â
Gideon’s Bakehouse
Amongst the handful of sweet spots coming to Disney Springs is Gideon’s Bakehouse! This location is going to offer topping-packed cookies and other treats! Although there are still walls up around the building, it looks nearly ready to go!
You may even be able to get a glimpse of the Disney Springs Aerophile while you snack on your cookies.
When you stand further away, you can see that a door has been installed!
We don’t have an official opening date for this location yet, but we expect it to be coming up soon since two of its holiday cookies were included in the Disney Springs holiday eats guide! We’ll be sure to update you when we know the opening date!

The lip balm at Basin is the best I have ever used. It is moisture intended. Love the vanilla mint. It provides a tingling cool sensation on your lips . The Dr. Spot stain remover is a great product. It has removed spaghetti sauce ,oil ,chocolate other stains ,even days after getting the stain.
