Character cavalcades, Christmas music, and LOTS of treats? Yup, we’re in Disney World for Christmas Eve!
As we’ve been exploring the parks today, we’ve given you a look at everything merry and bright, and we’ve taken a look at those holiday crowds. But, we’ve also seen some surprising and unique and wonderful things along the way that have shaken up our Christmas celebrations. And, these five excellent things have made our holiday totally memorable this year!
Madame Leota Sipper is Still Here!
It’s been a real journey with the Madame Leota Sipper over the past few months. After it first debuted, it sold out ridiculously fast with some of the longest lines in Disney World that we saw this Fall. Then, Disney started to get creative by moving the the sipper to unexpected places in order to help more guests grab it for Halloween.
Even though we don’t mind a bit having spooky merchandise throughout the year, we were a bit surprised to find that the Madame Leota Sipper was not only still available but being advertised as well.
While Disney World has rolled out the Jingle Bell Sipper and the White Christmas Tree Popcorn Bucket for Christmas, it looks the Magic Kingdom still misses Halloween like we do. (What can we say? Madame Leota reigns supreme.)
Holiday Baby Yoda
Okay, we thought we loved Baby Yoda already…but then we saw this today. One of the most festive guests EVER (who is probably pals with the Mandalorian himself) was toting around a totally decked out, ridiculously cute, and wonderfully festive Baby Yoda Toy.
Instead of his usual brown robes, Grogu decided to live it up in Disney World for Christmas Eve with a Santa coat, Santa hat, and Mickey Christmas Face Mask (because he obviously finds it just as important to follow health and safety guidelines while dressing up in the parks). This guest and photo might be the greatest Christmas gift of them all this year!

Christmas Parasols
Disney World’s parasols are especially unique souvenirs to take home as artists handpaint various characters and designs along the front! Although we’ve seen spooky makeovers for Halloween and some VERY strange character combinations, today we spotted sweet Christmas Parasols for the holidays!

The Christmas Parasols are still one-of-a-kind with decorations like a wintery Cinderella Castle, snowmen…
…the Beast’s Enchanted Rose, Mrs. Potts…
…Mickey ornaments, and candy canes!
No matter what time of year you visit Disney World, these specialty parasols are always a unique souvenir!
New Spring Roll Cart Menu Option
Since we can’t get enough of the BOMB Spring Rolls over at the Adventureland Spring Roll Wagon, we’ve been thrilled that the location opened back up in October. And, while we’ve seen the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls and Pizza Spring Rolls on the menu separately, now there’s a special treat for anyone who just can’t decide which one they want (we love them both too much).
Previously, you could get two Pepperoni Pizza Spring Rolls for $7.50 or two Cheeseburger Spring Rolls for the same price. But, now there’s officially a THIRD option where you can get one of each for $7.50! (Did we always get one of each even though it wasn’t this explicitly on the menu before? Yes. Yes we did.)
So, instead of having to choose whether you want the pizza or cheeseburger option more, the “one of each spring roll” listing is honestly making all our Christmas dreams come true.

LONG Emporium Queue Arrows Prepare For Crowds
Although the crowds haven’t been as busy in the morning in the Magic Kingdom, a Cast Member told us that the park was preparing for the shops, attractions, and restaurants to get busier later in the day. Specifically, Cast Members put a few extra directional markers on the ground to control the traffic flow of the Emporium’s queue.
When the crowds pick up, the lines usually will extend all the way past the shops and onto the walkway across from Cinderella Castle! (PHEW. That’s a BIG line!) In order to help keep guests safely distanced, arrows have been taped on the ground to control the traffic flow…
…and direct guests to the markers on the ground that are spaced apart from one another while they wait to enter the Emporium.
It’s been a blast heading back to Disney World for the holiday season. As we continue to make our way around the parks and resorts throughout the rest of the Christmas and New Year week, we’ll give you a look at the best things we find, the most unique updates, and the things that make us smile.

I got a whit parasol and put pixie lights behind it and hung by the handle in the corner of the room as a night light.

Can you tell me specifically where the Madame Leota sipper was in MK? I’m going to Liberty Tree for dinner tonight.
DFB Sarah says
Holly, sorry I missed this. Did you find a sipper?
Holly says
Yes, Sarah. I asked a few CM who pointed me in the right direction.
DFB Sarah says
Holly, I’m glad to hear that!
