I will be a TIW when I come down in March. Even if they actually announced some of these dinners before I got there (which they probably won’t since I am going in the beginning of March) is there any way I can sign up for them since I can’t buy the card until I get there?

MarkD: Have you tried calling TiW at (407) 566-5858? Another option might be to buy the card over the phone but it takes a while to process and I think the expiration clock starts once the card is issued.

Once again, these events are scheduled the week AFTER I and most of the rest of the online fan community will be at WDW. It happened back in May too. I understand that they don’t want to conflict with events like D23’s Magic & Merriment or Pixar Weekend, but couldn’t they schedule these dinners in the days immediately on either side of those events so there’s at least a chance some out-of-towners can attend?
