We’re LIVE at the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts! In addition to all the unique food items available, this EPCOT festival is totally unlike the others in its entertainment, merchandise, and one-of-a-kind experiences!
Like the other festivals, this one comes with its own fun scavenger hunt! Rather than search for your favorite Disney character, however, this one has you searching for some famous pieces of art!
Figment’s Brush With the Masters is BACK once again! We look forward to this scavenger hunt every year and we’re glad to see it return for 2021. This is an interactive experience that takes you around World Showcase in search of some Figment hiding in some of the most famous paintings and pieces of art throughout history!
Simply pick up your World Showcase map (obviously shaped like an artist’s palette) for $7.99 and you’re off! The art is located throughout the pavilions, so you can be on the lookout as you try all the yummy food! Once you find a piece of art, you place the corresponding sticker on the map!
These paintings are spread out throughout World Showcase, so keep your eyes peeled. Once all of the pieces of art are located, return the artist’s palette to Disney Traders or World Traveler at International Gateway for a prize.
This year’s prize is a choice of fun 3D character puzzles!
You’ll be able to assemble the pieces to make your 3D puzzle come to life.
Now, no cheating. If you plan on participating in the scavenger hunt, look away! We’re going to show you where you can find some of the Hidden Figments. This one can be spotted in the United Kingdom Pavilion.
Look closely to find Figment strolling through the woods in this painting in the Canada Pavilion!
In the Mexico Pavilion is the Landscape Near the Volcano Figment. Check him out in the puff of smoke!
Next up, in Norway, is the widely recognized Scream painting! But this time, with a screaming Figment, of course.
As we continue strolling around the World Showcase, we spot Figment in The Ox and the Dragon in the China Pavilion.
In Germany, you’ll find Figment looking lavish as ever.
And of course, there’s no way you can skip seeing the Mona Figment in Italy.
We don’t remember learning about Figment crossing the Delaware, but we can picture it! This painting can be found at the America Pavilion.
In Japan, you can find the Great Wave of Inspiration with Figment rowing along.
Figment goes abstract in this piece in the Morocco Pavilion.
And you can find Figment gazing at his own reflection in this twist on Monet’s Water Lilies painting in the France Pavilion.
Once you fill your map with all the stickers corresponding to the different pieces of art you’ve found, it’ll look like this!
If you’re looking for an interactive way to shake up your festival day, check out Figment’s Brush With the Masters! It’s a great way to get the kiddos involved, plus they get to check out some famous pieces of art along the way!
