Welcome to another weekly roundup of Disney World park hours and Park Pass Reservation availability!
With the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts in full swing and Park Hopping back in action, there’s even more to see and do every day! So if you’re heading to Disney World for the week of January 17th, it’s important to make sure you know when and how you can experience the parks!
Disney World Park Hours the Week of January 17th
For the week of January 17th, Magic Kingdom will be open daily from 9AM-7PM. If you wish to park hop to Magic Kingdom, you may do so between the hours of 2PM-7PM.
Next week, EPCOT will be open daily from 11AM-8PM. Park hopping hours at EPCOT will be from 2PM-8PM. If you are looking to visit the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, the festival hours will be the same as the park hours, from 11AM-8PM daily. Disney’s calendar also now includes times for various festival activities, like the Animation Academy (12:30 and 1:30PM daily) and the hours you can participate in Expression Section: A Paint by Number Mural (daily from 11AM-5PM).
Next week, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be open daily from 9AM-7PM. Disney’s Hollywood Studios will have park hopping available from 2PM-7PM.
Finally, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be open from 8AM-5PM from Sunday, January 17th through Friday, January 22nd, with park hopping available from 2PM-5PM. On Saturday, January 23rd, Animal Kingdom will be open one hour later, from 8AM-6PM with park hopping available from 2PM-6PM.
Park hours are largely the same as they were last week! January is typically considered an “off season” for Disney World with shorter park hours and generally lower crowds than what you would experience during the holiday season. Those lower crowds are reflected in current Park Pass Reservation availability, which we’ll cover next!
