St. Patrick’s Day will be here before we know it!
And the best part of this holiday (like all holidays, duh!) is the FOOD!
Disney World is doing St. Paddy’s Day in STYLE with tons of limited-edition eats and returning favorites. We’ve already enjoyed a St. Patrick’s Day Cupcake, Irish Coffee, Green Velvet Cake Shake, and more, but we ALL know that this holiday isn’t complete without a little corned beef! Thankfully, Restaurantosaurus at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is delivering with the St. Patrick’s Day Reuben Totchos!
These Totchos feature crispy potato barrels loaded with nacho cheese, sautéed corned beef, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and crunchy rye croutons. And it wasn’t on the menu, but ours also had sliced green onions. Yep, that’s definitely Reuben-inspired!
You know we’re a fan of the Totchos from Woody’s Lunch Box at Hollywood Studios. So, how do these compare?! Well, we loved this snack too! The tots were crispy and LOADED with cheese and corned beef. Plus, they were full of flavor!
The Totchos stayed nice and warm, which was such a treat. However, our rye croutons were kinda stale. Since there were only a few of them on the plate it wasn’t a make or break situation, but they definitely didn’t have that crunchy texture we’d have liked.
