Things are constantly changing in Disney World!

EPCOT is undergoing a MAJOR transformation, we’ve seen lots of refurbishments going on all over, and more. Well, now we’re seeing MORE changes at a fan-favorite EPCOT spot. Some of your favorite treats at Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in EPCOT’s France pavilion just got more expensive and a few new ones have joined the bunch!

NEW or Changed Items

First, we’ll dive into the items that are NEW or have changed at Les Halles. First, the Dinde B.L.T is now back on the menu. This item is a sandwich featuring Turkey, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Garlic Aioli. You can grab this item for $9.75.

Also, there used to be a beignet available that was filled with chocolate and hazelnuts. That is gone, and in its place is now the Beignet Apple Turnover for $4.95.

For the Mimosa, it used to be made with sparkling wine and orange juice. Now, however, the menu notes that it is specifically made with Champagne and Orange Juice. The price has also increased from $7.95 to $8.95.

But, one of the changes that REALLY caught our eye is with the Bisque de Homard (Lobster Bisque) which was $5.75, and is now $5.95. The price increase isn’t the big change here though. In the description of the item, Disney REMOVED the part that said it came in a bread bowl!!

NO MORE BREAD BOWLS?! We will investigate, but it does appear to have been removed at least from the menu description online.

Important update: We visited Les Halles to investigate and found that the menu there still indicated that you can still get the Lobster Bisque in a bread bowl. We spoke with a Cast Member and they confirmed that it is still being served in a bread bowl. HOORAY!

Price Increases

Next, we’ll dive into the items that have gotten an increase in price (there’s a LOT).

Sandwiches and Soups

• Jambon Beurre (Ham and Cheese, Dijon Mustard Butter on a Demi Baguette) — was $8.00, now $8.95
• Brie aux Pommes (Brie, Apples and Cranberries in Multi Grain Bread) — was $8.40, now $9.25

• Croissant Jambon Fromage (Ham, Cheese and Béchamel in a Croissant) — was $5.00, now $6.95
• Poulet au Pistou (Chicken Breast with Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion and Pesto) — was $9.45, now $9.50

Chef’s Specials

• Quiche Lorraine (Ham, Gruyere Quiche) — was $6.50, now $7.00
• Fromages (Imported Cheese plate) — was $9.75, now $11.95
• Croque Monsieur (Toasted Ham and Cheese) — was $9.00, now $9.25

• Baguette — half: was $2.00, now $2.25, full: was $3.10, now $3.50
• Croissant Salé (Eggs, Cheese and Bacon Croissant) — was $8.15, now $8.25

• Créme Brûlée (Caramelized Vanilla Custard) — was $4.75, now $4.95
• Parfait aux Fruits (Yogurt Mousse with Berries) — was $5.00, now $6.50

• Mousse au Chocolat (Chocolate Mousse) — was $4.75, now $4.95
• Duo Au Chocolat (White and Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake) — was $6.25, now $6.50
• Macaron Lime Raspberry (Lime Raspberry Macaron) was $6.00, now $6.25

• Perrier (Sparkling Mineral Water) — was $4.50, now $4.75
• Assorted Fountain Beverages — Regular was $3.99, now $4.25; Large was $4.49, now $4.75
• Jus D’Orange (orange juice) — was $4.99, now $5.85
• Lait (Milk) — was $3.79, now $4.00
• Lait au Chocolat (Chocolate milk) — was $3.79, now $4.00
• Frosé (Frozen Côtes de Provence Rosé, Vodka, Peach) — was $12.00, now $12.50

And those are the changes at Les Halles! Looks like a LOT of the items have gotten a price increase, albeit mostly small ones. But still, those small changes can add up — so just be aware of this price increases the next time you stop by this spot. We’ll keep an eye out for more updates and let you know what we see.
