Oh, PeopleMover…how we’ve missed you.
The PeopleMover in Magic Kingdom has been closed for over a year now, and we’ve been (not so) patiently waiting for one of our favorite rides at Disney World to reopen. And the reopening has been delayed over…and over…and over again. We were starting to think the PeopleMover was DOOMED.
But we got word earlier this week that it would FINALLY reopen “later this weekend.” Well, here we are in the weekend, and we hardly want to get our hopes up, but then we looked on the Disney World website — and y’all — the PeopleMover officially has hours listed for Monday!
We’ve recently seen a lot of testing of the PeopleMover recently, AND Stitch even got to take a test ride on it this morning!

This tweet mentions that the ride will open this weekend, so it’s likely it could start allowing guests back on before Monday, when it shows official hours. Whatever the case, we’ll let you know when it has reopened!
