There are a lot of different options when it comes to dining at Disney World. And, while you could find some adventurous eats or try all the new snacks, sometimes all you really want is a good slice of pizza.
So, where should you turn if you find yourself craving some crispy dough covered in cheese and toppings? Well, not all pizza is created equal — even in Disney World! We’re sharing with you our thoughts on the best places that you can find a slice (or even a pie) during your vacation.
Via Napoli
If you’re looking for pizza in Disney World, Via Napoli at EPCOT’s Italy Pavilion is THE place to be. With authentic ingredients and a crispy crust from the wood-fired pizza oven, these pies certainly stack up with the ones you might find in Naples, Italy.
They have a HUGE variety of pizzas to choose from so you’ll likely find something for everyone when you dine here. We particularly like ordering up the Quattro Formaggi White Pizza and the Build Your Own with Prosciutto, but you really can’t go wrong no matter what kind of pizza you fancy.
Honestly, it’s not even fair how high Via Napoli sets the bar for pizza in Disney World.

Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza
So, if you’re not headed into EPCOT or you’d rather skip a Table Service restaurant for pizza, the next best thing is found over at Disney Springs. Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza is a franchise pizza restaurant (that may even be in your hometown) and is known for its thin crust, customizable pizzas.
At the toppings bar, you can load up on all the cheese, meat, and veggies that you’d like and your pizza will be made blazing fast (see what we did there? 😉) in their open-hearth oven. They also offer some other menu options so you don’t always have to opt for the Build Your Own Pizza option if you’d prefer not to have to do any thinking.
We’ve been known to come here and order up a huge variety of pizzas, opting for the Meater Eater pizza, Build Your Own pizza, and everything in between. And, the pies don’t let us down when it comes to flavor! So, if you’re not stuck trying Disney World exclusive restaurants and find yourself craving some ‘za, then Blaze is a great option.

Pizza Ponte
There’s another pizza spot in Disney Springs that you may want to check out! Pizza Ponte is connected to Maria & Enzo’s and serves up GIANT pizzas by the slice and other Italian sandwiches and pastries. And, unlike Blaze (which has many locations throughout the U.S.), Pizza Ponte can only be found in Disney Springs.
Here you’ll find that the pizzas have a thicker crust and are in the shape of a square (though they also serve up New York Style slices that are seriously the size of your head). There are still tons of interesting toppings and the pizza is really good, but you won’t find a create-your-own option here.
So, it really just depends what kind of pizza you’re in the mood for — you’ll probably walk out of here having enjoyed a good slice of pizza if thick crust is your jam.
Blaze Pizza OR Pizza Ponte in Disney Springs?
Flatbreads on Appetizer Menus
There are quite a few other places in Disney World that you can find a really good pizza on the menu though they’re not necessarily considered “pizza joints.” We’ve tried really good flatbreads at signature dining restaurants like California Grill in Disney’s Contemporary Resort…
…and Jiko in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge…
…plus, we’ve even found some winners at EPCOT festival booths like Honey Bee-Stro, which featured a Lavender Honey Mustard-marinated Chicken Flatbread during the 2021 Flower and Garden Festival.
So, don’t just scan over the appetizer menu or pass up the random flatbreads that you stumble upon during your trip.

Notable Mentions
Now, there are a few other pizza spots at Disney World that don’t necessarily stack up as our favorite but still have a lot of fans out there. So, it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t give them at least some recognition on our “best” list!
Pizzafari
First up is Pizzafari in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This Quick Service restaurant is literally named after pizza, and we’ve found the quality of the ‘za to be hit or miss depending on when you’re visiting. They change up the menu from time to time, so sometimes you can find a variety of delicious flatbreads and other times you’re stuck with the big puffy, really bready pizza that you can find at places like PizzeRizzo in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
If you do happen to be visiting when the menu has switched to flatbreads, we tend to enjoy their Shrimp Flatbread and Vegetable Flatbread — though there’s no guarantee that these will come back on the menu even when they do switch to flatbreads.
Is there such thing as a Pizza with TOO MUCH CHEESE in Disney World?!
Pinocchio Village Haus
Speaking of flatbreads, you can find the thin-crust, square pizza at Pinocchio Village Haus in Magic Kingdom. Toppings like pepperoni, Margherita, and all-meat are normally on the menu, but they also have been known to offer a specialty flatbread that changes up each month.
Right now, Pinocchio Village Haus has been offering up special flatbreads for Disney World’s 50th anniversary! There was a Korean Short Rib Flatbread that debuted on the 50th, and now it’s been swapped out for a Croque Monsieur Flatbread!
So, there are some fun flavors here from time to time, though, it’s also a safe bet to stop here if you want a basic flavor, too.

BoardWalk Pizza Window
Our last honorable mention when it comes to the best pizza in Disney World is the BoardWalk Pizza Window located on…you guessed it…Disney’s BoardWalk! The walk-up pizza stop has pizza pies that are your standard, acceptable pizzas.
We’ve found the pizza to be less than stellar compared to the other great stops in Disney World, but some people swear by it!

I’m sorry to say but Blaze pizza is garbage. The Blaze in my hometown closed after a year.
Raymond Fournier says
Sorry AJ but i agree with John that Blaze shouldn’t even be on the list. Move Pizza Ponte up to #2. Same company as Via Napoli (Pantina Group (A Delaware North Company)). I used to work at Via Napoli and can emphatically agree that it IS THE BEST pizza in WDW. I witnessed the background food preparation/processes in place and it was mouth watering and excellent. The smells that resonate from the location are spectacular too. Just my 2 cents or sense. ha!
Mike says
Five WDW tripe’s over the last nine years and I have to say Via Napoli was the worst dining experience we have had spread across all Disney eateries.
Raymond Fournier says
Mike, So sorry to hear this. What happened?
Jay says
My wife is currently in love with the pizza served at Terra Treats in Animal Kingdom. She talked it up to me and the last time we were there she dragged me to it and I was convinced. Very good! The crust has some kind of asiago cheese seasoning. I thought it was going to be the same thing served at pizzafari. My favorite pizza on property now.

Connections Eatery has a good slice. It’s thin and foldable, with a simple sauce and covered in cheese.
