A dining spot in Disney’s Hollywood Studios has officially reopened!

While many Counter Service spots in the park have been open — like Rosie’s All-American Cafe right next door — Fairfax Fare has remained closed since the parks’ reopening. But that changed today! Fairfax Fare is officially back OPEN, and we stopped by to give it a try. And bonus: it even has a brand-new menu!

Let’s start off by talking about that new MENU! We’re always pumped for new eats, and we’ve got lots to try here. Tex-Mex style cuisine is still prevalent, and we’ve got options like hot dogs…

…parmesan chips, and pickled vegetables up for grabs.

And for dessert, you can grab the returning Snacking Sandwich Cookie!

Like at other Counter Service spots, you’ll Mobile Order here…

…and then be directed to a window with your assigned number so that you can pick up your goodies.

There are currently 3 windows open for pick-up.

Of course, you know had we had to try LOTS. After all, we really missed this spot!

We snagged 3 hot dogs — the California BLTA Dog, Pretzel Dog, and Truffle Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Hot Dog…

…the Chicago-style “Hot Dog” Salad…

…Parmesan Chips…

and Pickled Vegetables!
