Laniwai, A Disney Spa, sounds like a dream with a gorgeous menu of massages and facials and a large hydrotherapy garden! A heated stone massage followed by a pedicure and some time in the soaking pool? Yes, please!
Laniwai is part of Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii, and has remained closed despite Aulani beginning phased re-opening in November of last year. But soon we can enjoy all the spa has to offer — and some new spa options as well!
The official opening day is June 15! Guests will need a reservation, and those also open June 15th. You can make reservations at DisneyAulani.com!
Like most re-opening services, Laniwai will have health and safety measures to keep guests safe, such as physical distancing and extra cleaning procedures. You will need to wear a face covering at the spa.
Some of the spa treatments you can find at Laniwai include various massage therapies (like a traditional Hawaiian massage), herbal body remedies, facials, mani/pedis, and family treatments. You can even be wrapped in avocado for a “soothing and healing” skin treatment! We’re not 100% sure we want to be soaked in avocado…but a mani/pedi sounds great.
In addition to the already-luxurious menu of spa treatments, Laniwai added a few new options, including an anti-aging LED mask and a foot massage! Along with these new treatments, you can enjoy the outdoor hydrotherapy garden, which is 5,000 sq. ft. of baths, soaking pools, and rain showers. Forget the mud bath — we’re going straight to the heated jet spas!
A trip to the hydrotherapy garden is included with spa reservations! Masks are not required in the hydrotherapy garden. Hop on to DisneyAulani.com in just a few days — June 15! — to get your reservations.
