Welcome back to Magic Kingdom!
We visited Magic Kingdom a few times over the past few days and we have LOTS of updates in construction and merchandise, so let’s go over it!
Magic Kingdom Food Update
Casey’s Corner
Casey’s Corner has been closed since Magic Kingdom reopened, but this week we spotted Cast Members inside!
We have also noticed the return of tables and chairs inside the restaurant as well as updates to the menu online, so is this another sign that Casey’s Corner will be reopening soon?! We hope so!

Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
Transportation and Ticket Center
The TTC is getting a fresh new paint job! The purple is now being painted a light blue to match many of the other updates happening around the TTC.Â
A new paint job often refreshes spaces, so we’ll keep you posted on the final look once painting is completed!

Main Street, U.S.A.
The Main Street Citizen Clock is missing!
The Citizen-branded clock is located on Main Street, U.S.A. by the Town Square Theater. We assume it may return but we will keep you updated as we learn more!

Fantasyland
The sign for Big Top Souvenirs has been removed.
Big Top Souvenirs has been closed on and off over the past few months. Not too long ago we discovered they changed the carpets inside from circus-themed to a plain grey, possibly due to a flooding situation. We will keep you updated as we find out when Big Top Souvenirs will reopen!

Hundred Acre Goods had their outside register open again and the interactive queue for The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh reopened!Â
The interactive Hunny Wall was once again open for guests to touch in The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh queue. Â
While waiting in line, guests can use their hands to find Pooh in the honey. Many interactive features of line queues have been returning lately and we will keep you posted on all the reopenings!

Frontierland
Splash Mountain was temporarily down when we visited. Sad face.
It has since reopened! Temporary closures happen, but you can keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app for updates regarding line waits and closures!

Tomorrowland
The iconic and interactive Kugel Ball fountain has returned to Tomorrowland!
The futuristic Kugel Ball was previously closed since March 2020. With the water running, people (even kids!) can move the reportedly six ton ball with ease.

Adventureland
In Adventureland, we found the return of two favorite water sprayers! The Liki Tiki statues are once again spraying water, which is much appreciated in Florida in July.
The camel of The Magic Carpets of Aladdin is also back to spitting water!
With park capacity increased and social distancing reduced, we are seeing the return of many interactive attractions such as these water sprayers.

Various Updates
We learned of a few policy updates for Disney World Cast Members this week. The Disney World photo policy has been changed and Cast Members can now take photos of guests using guests’ devices.
This photo policy previously restricted Cast Members from handling guests’ devices upon the reopening of Disney World, but as social distancing guidelines change this is one more policy that has received an update.
Click here to read more about Disney World’s photo policy!
The mask policy for Disney World Cast Members has also changed.
Masks are now optional for fully vaccinated Cast Members outdoors AND indoors. Masks are also optional for fully vaccinated guests in most locations other than Disney transportation.
