It seems like almost everything at Disney World is under construction.
If something at Disney World isn’t getting repainted, it’s probably getting refurbished, decked out, and more. And it’s all to make the parks look spectacular for the upcoming 50th anniversary celebration!
The Main Street Train Station is no exception — it’s been covered in a scrim for a WHILE now. We’ve slowly seen parts of it revealed to show off the work that’s been done on it to make it look all shiny and new. Here’s what it looked like earlier this week.
Today, we noticed that the scrim on the roof of the station has finally been removed!
Here’s what it looks like from the back.
As you can see, there is still a brick-patterned scrim around the bottom of the station.
But slowly, we’re starting to see the station again!
We’re keeping an eye on this project as well as other construction projects at Disney World, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated!
