Disney attractions becoming movies is not necessarily a new thing, but with the wild success of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie franchise, and now Jungle Cruise (which is getting a sequel), we’re certain to see more!

There’s always room for one more…

One upcoming Disney movie based on an attraction we’re excited about is the Haunted Mansion movie. Yes, there was a previous Haunted Mansion movie with Eddie Murphy, but Disney is making another one, and well, you know what they say — there’s always room for one more (see what we did there?).

It was previously reported that LaKeith Stanfield and Tiffany Haddish will star in the movie, but today, we’ve got another big name to add to the movie’s cast. And, according to The Hollywood Reporter, that’s none other than Loki actor Owen Wilson!

Disney has described the film as an ensemble piece, but we still don’t have a lot of details about it. The movie will reportedly follow a family that moves into the mansion, and well, we know it’s haunted with 999 happy haunts, so we assume that chaos will ensue.
