September 15th to October 15th is Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month and Disney World is celebrating with food, merch, and more!
We already tried a limited-time burger and tres leches cake in Disney Springs, but there are so many other ways to celebrate this month. Recently, we checked out another one of the ways Disney Springs is celebrating the occasion!
Cilantro Urban Eatery is at the West Side of Disney Springs for Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month! This food truck, led by Orlando chefs Juan Nessi and Carolina Medina, features Mexican cuisine with a fusion between Latin and American flavors.
Items available at the truck include the Puerto Rico-inspired Burrito Boricua with lechón asado, signature rice, black beans, plantains, pico de gallo, cheese, chipotle mayo with corn chips & salsa for $13 and the Cochinita Pibil Tacos with Yucatán style achiote marinated pork, pickled red onions, and habanero salsa on corn tortillas for $10.
Cilantro Urban Eatery will be available throughout Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month (September 15th-October 15th). We’re keeping up with the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more!

Does the truck move around DS or … where is it parked? Gotta decide how much walking I’m up for. 😀
DFB Sarah says
Cynthia, they’re typically parked at Exposition Park in West Side (across from the old Bongos location).
